Ultra is $380 trade in value so I Upgraded just for fun. It only cost me $412 . The S9 Chip & better GPS tracking is what made me upgrade. Huge upgrade for Outdoor Lovers.

I got the Ultra 2 open box from Best Buy for $160 off. The refurbished was $599, so I paid $60 more for the newer watch. That’s the only reason I went with the 2

You forgot the battery life on low power mode did increase from 60 hours to 72 hours. Otherwise great review but I’m upgrading from my series 7 to the Ultra 2!

This was a brilliant and well executed review. Just subscribed.. I am not upgrading for extra brightness. I only use the ultra to workout. I love the gold stainless steel Apple Watch and it's my daily one . The battery is great etc. I am going to wait to see what ultra 3 brings- hopefully the Long waited blood glucose sensor.

So is it that the double top premium feature is only available on the Apple Watch ultra 2 and not on ultra 1?
When I say premium I mean not the old version that is on Apple watch 8 that you would have to activate in accessibility
Yes! It’s only available on Apple Watches with the S9 SiP

Ultra 2 also now has Siri and Improved GPS tracking and a brighter flashlight. All great upgrades for Camping and Hiking and Outdoors Lovers. In Low battery mode the vattery Life goes from 60 hours to 72 hours. Huge improvement if youre stranded in the Wilderness. For this Watch was created for Outdoors Lovers.
I talked about the Siri upgrade at the end of the video, I don’t think that most people that bought this watch would benefit with the upgrade, and even most Ultra Buyers would be completely content with the Ultra “1”.

@@Techsumer good video, I was just adding in upgrades. I never said you didn't speak about siri. But Siri works well with others. I only hate that it activates sometimes without you saying Siri. But the GPS tracking upgrade is Amazing. That's why the bands have the names they have. The watch was made for Outdoor Lovers. So a Brighter flashlight, brighter screen, longer battery Life in low power mode, longer range in GPS tracking makes it a very Underrated Upgrade. I would've liked to see 36 hours turned into 42 or 46 hours.

Ultra 2 is the refined version. People thinking that the series 10 will have solar capabilities are dreaming if the think it will affect amoled battery life.
