From what I heard, it wasn’t YGE choice to pay her less it was a law or something between Thailand and South Korea so YG let her model for Nonagon to make up for it but CLC Sorn said that the law has changed and they get paid the same now
Its already change lisa got received the same amount what paid with the same members.
There is a Korean law that foreigners must be paid less than citizens in the same job, also Thai citizens get taxed in both home country and host country, so she's just unlucky that way. But the red tape royalty issue was straightened out.
About her dress, i hate Yg for. Always like that and obvious style from others

Lisa is a beautiful, talented performer. I am amazed at the physical and mental stress endured by KPOP Idols just from training and preparation. Adding in vicious slander and harassment makes it even harder. Lisa does not deserve this nor did other Idols who are harassed. The people who do this reveal their inner evil and are pathetic. Especially because they do it anonymously showing their cowardice.

That bit about Lisa getting paid less than Korean members is true but that's because of the law in Korea then and the withholding taxation. However, YG was not completely heartless, he balanced out her pay by making her the ambassador for Nonagon (now defunct YG clothing brand) and when they discontinued that brand, she was made the official ambassador for Moonshot (YG's cosmetics brand which is doing very well). So yes, salary-wise she gets less due to the law, but her income was balanced out by YG. The law has changed too and now she gets the same pay as other members. With all the issues with YG, it's still one of the best labels in Korea as they do take care of their artists financially, so far.

Guys, please do not take the situation wrongly. Most of Koreans like Lisa and they respect what she has been through so far to be the best kpop g-group in the world. The truth is, some of immature fans of other fandom(you can search who they are) spread hateful comments and rumors about Lisa and Blackpink consistently and BP have been suffer from all the hates and racism since debut. Recently, the group chat of the other fandom (which are full of hates toward other K groups) was leaked and this 'cyberbullying' was world trending on Twitter. Now ppl got to know where is the hate and rumor about BP from. I'm not gonna tell it's all the fault of other fandom, but some of them are really organized to make bad rumors about BP (especially Jennie and Lisa) and widely spread racism to let BP down and ruin their career. Now, many Koreans recognize the issue and feel sorry to Lisa and BP. Don't worry guys, we will fight with the evil ppl who are racist and we'll always support Lisa and BP.
Lisa really don't deserve hate, they just hate her cause her popularity rocketed SO FAST. This is because some korean hate and racist towards her because she is from Thailand and so famous because of KOREAN-POP but she is not korean. Thank you, Andrew and the creator of the original vid. It is really important to discuss how racism and bullying are never okay, and how racism is quite prevalent amongst Asian nations. I, myself, have experienced it numerous times, being called 'jungle Asian', 'too dark to be considered beautiful as an Asian', 'go back to your poor Southeast Asian country' by other Asians when I studied overseas, and I have to say, each and everytime I heard those statements it's hurt even more.
