Buttermilk Lemon Loaf Bread- You won't want to try any other Lemon Loaf Recipes

Standard 9×5 loaf pan
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 3/4 cups cake flour, use all purpose flour if you like
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
GLAZE
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
lemon juice to thin, start with 1 tablespoon and add more as necessary
Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool completely, then frost with glaze.
