Last time I gave IELTS and it was 7.5 and still at that level although I sometimes score 36 or 37 but most of the time 33 or 34.

18 was clear and for 20 he said it was made of wood which Is timber we have to listen to till😅 the end you can asad Yaqub videos on listening I hope it will help you to understand.Instead of running after answers we have to listen it carefully and then decide answer quickly

Here we are in the entrance foyer, it's a very airy space, isn't it? And if you look at the floor you're standing on, you see it's made of marble - 20 (B) [...] Now let's make our way up this beautiful staircase to the banquet hall on the first floor and we can admire beautiful bronze railings on the way. So this is the banquet hall, and as you can see it's shaped in the form of semi-circle,..... and the floor we are standing on is made of wood, it's a native NZ timber - 18 (D). The questions must have been in wrong order.
