Yea that new blackjack is at El Cortez, you only get 1 card at a time, so say you get a 4, and dealer shows a 6, you can double down for your second card, say you get another 4 you can then double down again, then say you get a 3 (total is now 11), you can double again unlimited amount of times!House edge goes up though because 22 is a push. They do have a side bet for the 22 push I think it's 3 or 5 to 1
