TY!! Judge Roy Bean was a hoot!! Have you done a vid on another judge, Parker, I think was his name?? He was definately a hanging judge. Just curious.
Judge Roy Bean was called The Hanging judge he was also called the law west of the Pecos referring to the Pecos River. Judge Parker was most definitely the hanging judge he was out of Fort Smith Arkansas. He had Marshalls such as Bass Reeves serving under him.
No not yet!
My grandmother's family owned a hotel in Pecos colse or next to Judge Roy Bean place . It was the Mitchell Hotel. Love history.
I do as well, Thanks for watching
I am from central Texas and my father and I have always wanted to vastly Langtry Texas but never happened. Just because we always heard stories that there was some kind of connection.

It would be interesting to research and share more videos on Judge Bean. Off the topic, but a video on General George Custer would be interesting as well. Thanks.

He made it up as he went along.
Ya, it seemed to work for him.

Having watched and enjoyed many of your videos, can I ask, please do something about the audio, as I have to increase the volume a lot when watching.
Will work on better audio, Thanks
What about his albino adversary "Bad Bob". ?
Bad Bob survived the giant Sharps Buffalo Gun wound and lived a long life as Stacey Keach...
Will look into his story, Thanks

Bean was a hanging judge. If Judge Roy liked you, you stood a better chance to go away a free man. If not, you got stung big time. Yow!!
