Here in Italy -- if your gun gets shotted you're hit.
Equipment like this can really enhance the gameplay in my opinion. Can bring a unique experience to the battlefield. You should nickname that claymore the "Ankle Biter".

About 10 12 years ago was airsofting with a friend at a local field.
One of the guys on our team had one of the first gen AS claymores that either went off via tripwire method or a key fob remote like for your car.
Guy asks a couple of us to provide cover and lookout while he sets up the claymore under some cover.
Sudden cursing from the brush proceeded a sharp noise and sound of BBs rattling off everything.
Yep you guessed it guy got down on his belly to set the claymore and stuck the remote in one of the front pouches of his tac vest and managed to lean on the detonate button.
Never ran into him again any other times we were up there but I am assuming future setting up of the claymore involved making sure it was in safe mode before setting it out or at least handing off the remote to someone else whole doing setup

When you think about it, your sniper rifle is like a really cool selfie stick.
Put a claymore ore around the corner of the door so it's not seen as easy. Try one on suction cups so u can stick it to walls above doors or to protect a hallway

I would use the claymores to cover the rear entrances off whatever building I'm in.
Tape the sensor and use remote only mount it on your helmet then peek the top your head in a room and set it. ONLY if you know they are in there
