@17 years even before I finish listening Kudos!!!! Confidence exuded, articulation of words... everything is scaling!!! You my girl are soaring high!!!
Wow! She not only can saaaaang(obsessed with her voice)but also speaks so eloquently. The future of Kenya is now.I totally agree wit your mama Nikita, hizo Grammys must come home.Amen
Good job mama! That's some courageous talk! We idolize our mothers forgetting how human they are. BY humanizing your mother , you have given us permission to do the same and still love them in spite of....Nikita am always rooting for you!
Social distancing started in the 80s for some of us...I went to A....for high school and every end term our headmistress would sing the same song about keeping atleast 1 meter distance from boys...I assumed that one could get an airborne pregnancy if you were any closer.
This is a story that all parents should listen to..most of us the millennials are stuck between fulfilling the dreams we have for ourselves and those that our parents have for us.. In the world that is constantly changing ,parent should teach values and encourage the kids to be whom they want to be
Like mother like daughter loving this the talent just tricked down this is the Lord's blessings from a blessed generation to another. Our history defines our today, tomorrow and all the days of our lives.
A typical African parents way of raising children is the same world over, nothing is changing soon, it's just a culture we must own and promote. The stories as shared by many relate with each other, and we continue passing them on to the next generation.
Personally, I've never really paid attention to Nikita. Sufficed to say, I sort of thought she way boring! However, her poetic touch towards the end of this video changed that! Only poetry can change my opinion of something!
Three cheers for Miss Kering as the hallmark of a generation that seeks to honourably sidestep the shallowness of conservatism and tradition. Major take-home: Dear parents, kindly desist from intimidation at the prospect of your progeny pursuing ambitions loftier and radically different from whatever you have always perceived as almighty truth. Guide, yes, counsel, yes, correct, yes, but do not quash, do not restrain, do not demean, do not hurl your favourite phrase "But what do you know anyway, you are just a child!" I promise you that will guarantee the rebellion you have been dreading all along.
The eloquence from both Nikita and her mum is on another level. Kudos!
I love how she's eloquent, calm and collected
