Try wrapping the wire with pipe cleaners/chenille stems first before the wool! :) The fuzzy texture helps the wool stick. You can also get electric felting guns to help with arthritis :) x
I love your videos, you always teach me something new that I need to try! When you use the chalk pastels for coloring, is there a way to "fix" the pigment onto the wool so it won't smudge? Nuregami was always one of my favorites in Okami, and I am re-playing it now so this was perfect timing! Your work is so beautiful thank you for sharing :)
As far as i know, i don't think there's a way to seal the pastels. But the wool does hold it very well, even with frequent touching! only thing to keep in mind is if there's remnants of the dust left on there, that will smudge if you touch it. So i make sure to blow all that off! Nuregami is also one of my favorites, also playing the game through again and it's been such a great experience going back to it!!
Absolutely beautiful!
Turned out fantastic!

@@Thekarrybird Hairspray might work to seal the pastels
@ i heard that too while researching, i'll have to try it out. If that does work, i'm sure the spray glue i use can also do the same!
Pls wear gloves when handling apoxy sculpt 😭
I know, i completely forgot at the time that i should have been wearing gloves, won't make that mistake again!
