He probably doesn't have to -it's extremely unlikely that the sentence eventually handed down to him in July will be custodial. But his MAGA henchmen are already talking about what happens if he wins in November, and what their revenge on the prosecutors who tried him will be.
Has belief in the rule of law amongst MAGA voters broken down? And what is this doing to America?

Hahaha the wilful ignorance is astonishing - at 2:56 the presenter states that the alleged crime was a “white collar crime, with no victims”. If there are no victims and the alleged crime remains undefined, how can he have been fairly prosecuted or correctly convicted? Also, I don’t see the same bad media actors drawing people’s attention to the fact that the current Brazilian President is a convicted criminal; they do make reference to Nelson Mandela as having been a convicted criminal and for many years was considered as a terrorist by the United States - however, they aren’t in any way compatible. With regards to “How is Donald Trump planning his revenge?”; he has stated on multiple occasions that “My revenge will be success”. Given the indisputable crimes committed by Hillary Clinton, the fact that Trump didn’t do anything to prosecute her while he was in office - actions speak louder than words. Also didn’t the FBI falsely spy on the Trump campaign in 2016 after the CIA informed the FBI that Hilary Clinton was conspiring with a foreign national to distract from her national security crimes.

Yes I do realise who their intended audience is. The point I was trying to make was that British journalists ought to be spending their airtime discussing how to deal with elected English politicians instead of wasting time on a convicted criminal no matter his/her nationality.
