How to Tie an Eternity Knot

Hello! This video will teach you how to tie the beautiful decorative knot called the Eternity Knot. This is tied with a single strand of rope and symbolizes the never ending cycle of life.
This knot can be used as a pendent, in bracelet designs, decorative ends for macrame wall hangings, or you could even make a giant version to decorate a wall with! Let me know how you would use this knot in the comments below.
For practice, make sure the working end of your rope is at least 18 inches long. I also recommend using a smooth type of cord for this knot. Braided cotton ropes and paracord work great!
