Hi Steve - thank you for reaching out. Sadly, we are unable to offer Open Day pricing online, as we would end up loosing money. We use Open Day pricing to pass on the saving to customers of not having to pay for delivery and packaging of online orders (which we include in the price of our buckets/refill offer). It's a shame you are unable to get to the farm tomorrow, but if you are able to get to us another time, we would be happy to give you some discount on some food then :)
same as last event the koi were either same price online or 10 cheaper...speaking to other punters the feeling was an open day should be cheaper if for example the 125 wer 100 or 75 were 55 would sold lots more ..missed out on lots sales
