It was a beautiful and touching MASS this morning. I loved how you began the homily with one of your personal academic works, then Father Chris you finished with words that went straight to my heart, with the stories of your father‘s accident and how his survival brought about your birth and priesthood. Of course it got me thinking about my own dad who survived World War II in the Pacific and the rigors of being a Boston firefighter, so that my own life could begin in 1952. God’s plan is so excellent. I don’t know why so many are influenced by the evil one’s attempts to mess with it. Thank you for updating us on your dad‘s condition. Please know he and your mom and Pam are in my prayers. I pray that your dad was watching today also. I pray also that your dad gets the care that he needs and that gets to visit your mom. After the mass ended, and I was thinking about the homily, and the memory of your mom’s survival from a childhood infection popped into my head. Prayers of gratitude for all the moms, including mine. God bless you, Fr Chris. Wishing you and all of our beloved Marian FATHERS a happy Father’s Day I would be lost without all of you.

If you've never read the book "Faustina: The Mystic & Her Message" I strongly suggest it. I've already been familiar with the actual Diary because I read it all about nine years ago.

Thank you, Fr. Chris, for sharing the beautiful dream of your father that has come true especially you becoming a spiritual father to us. Also my heartfelt thanks to Fr. Bob of his presence as a co-celebrant in this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. To all spiritual fathers and biological fathers living and deceased, HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! My deepest gratitude and honour also goes to my deceased biological father who was for me a model of prayer and virtuous life and who guided me spiritually in the knowledge of God and His love. In my childhood life, my felt that my father is the image of God who is in heaven and that someday I’ll see Him face to face.
Father Bob is a wonderful priest. I’ve had the good fortune to meet him and be in his company on a couple of occasions. I’ve also been fortunate to go to confession to him as well and he’s very wise.

Fr. Chris, your Dad's dream when he was young touched me in a very special way. After 40 years of marriage, my husband passed away. One month later, I had a very vivid dream; no doubt it was Jesus himself, so much love coming from him that I had never known. His message to me was that he wanted me to live the rest of my life in simplicity, and the reason he took my husband was because he felt I could accomplish that task of simplicity much better alone. Whew! I know, heavy. Like your own father, it is a blessing when God speaks to us so clearly.

Prayers for Esperanza please. She’s having a really rough day. Her pancreas continues to leak, she’s in a lot of pain, she has a big incision that goes from her chest all the way to her bellybutton, she is extremely nauseous, throwing up and unable to keep any food down. 💔 she also has an incision on the inner part of her leg from a golf size lump that they removed yesterday as well.💔
