Thank you for your comment. I love the blades that have the breath of history of each country. Moki knives are so beautiful. I think that the refined construction of the thin and small blade is especially good compared to the ones in my own country.

ブラウンマイカルタも製造時期によって変わるんですね。
2021年製造の物は木目調だったのが変わってますねー。
私のものはハンドルが日焼けてダークな色調に変色していますね。マイカルタってこんなに日焼けで色が変わるんだと感じました。

今日から新型のBargが発売されましたがブラックマイカルタハンドルのみとなりました。
やはり劣化が問題になっていたのかもしれませんね。
ビデオで写っているものは新品なので、現在ではかなり暗い色合いに変わりました。保管場所に日が当たり片側のみとても焼けました。
この完成度。スゴいですね。

ただ私にはハンドルが少し小さい感じですが、標準的な日本人の方や女性などには扱い易いハンドルスケールかもしれません。
