I had that same kicker down firing sub in my hatch and I had to get rid of it because when the bass hits the wood panel where the spare tire is would rattle like crazy and made the bass sound horrible I ended up swapping with a jl audio w6 and it sounds amazing, have you experienced that with that sub?
@Loso not at all. I have zero issues with it. I also have the truck liner tray which I think help eliminate any rattling. I had it in my 2020 civic and still never had any issues.
Question man, if I order a new bumper from Honda? Did you say you have to paint it? And how much does it cost to actually order one from Honda? Thank you
@@RTI876 thank you for answering, I just hit my rear bumper and the Honda service wants to charge me 600 to fix it, not get a new bumper. Another question if you don’t mind, when you paint it at the body shop is it the exact same color? If it’s not, is it easy to spot the difference in colors?
@Fabianpradov with my color, it did not match 100%. From a far, you couldn't tell, but close up you could. Their are shops online that can match it and ship it to you. Ebay has a few. You can buy the bumper from them, they paint it and ship it to you.
smh… just went through this whole process of getting the unpainted bumper and having a shop paint it for me but had them install it. the color is slightly off and i didn’t notice until i got home. 🙃
Bro, the same exact thing happened to mine! Except mine is much worse. Someone scraped the shit out of it while it was parked. Haven’t gotten it fixed because I can’t afford it.
@Marcus Garza it cost me $750 in total to buy the new one and paint it. I'm gonna see if I can sell the damaged one as it's not badly damaged as i thought, maybe a bodyshop can fix it. If you are interested I can show you the damaged area with photos. Let me know.
@@RTI876 You're paying 750 to get it done when insurance can cover it. What's the point of insurance then? Unless you're paying a ridiculous amount for a deductible...

@@RTI876 ah ok I didn’t have the trunk liner that’s probably why it rattled so. Much
@Loso that little box plays very heavy that's all I know.
@@RTI876 it does

Do you have misalignment with your Hatchback. One side has a larger gap than the other?

@Fabianpradov yes you have to paint it. I paid $400 for the bumper and paid a shop 350 to paint it

@Kris-pi9zf I had the same issue, and to this day, it still bothers me. I should have gotten the paint color matched and then took it to the bodyshop

@chrislopez2939 it was $400 plus taxes
