Tips from a disc golfer. Fully extend your arm all the way back like you're reaching back behind you to grab something, keep the disc straight across your chest as you throw. Aim down, lower the better. Turn your hips and shoulders. You want both shoulders to turn 90 degrees so you're basically facing away from the basket on your backswing and then turn your hips into the throw on the follow through

If you're gonna do this again you might want to stand behind the thrower to make it easier to follow the disc after the throw, turning 90 degrees right when they throw makes it tough to follow the disc.
You guys should do this again sometime and have both teams use a Discraft Buzzz. It glides through the air beautifully, even for beginners, and I think it could help build confidence. Great Video!
