First you have to use the machine on the cream like you did until it gets with the same consistency and after add the sugar and mix the cream again. Its really good with the strawberries and its easier of controlling the amount of sugar you're adding.
If you put orange juice in whipped cream it will curdle and winter ever stiffen up, if you add orange zest or artificial flavoring it’ll work better, great video yumi 👏

Yumi, don't you have forks or soup bowls? You can find those for cheap in Taobao, aliexpress or even the dollar store, that way you don't have to use your fingers to eat the strawberries. Buy bowls will also make it easier to serve soup and eat it from an actual soup bowl instead of a mixing bowl.
Next time add a few drops vanilla and powder sugar or superfine sugar to the cream then whip it make sure you use really cold cream and a super cold glass bowl chill it in the freezer before you whip the cream but make sure that it's not wet or has any condensation and when you do this you will have beatuifull whip cream!

I am a kidney patient and I always see how people put so much salt on everything. Hahahah you shoulf just see how much salt you eat in one day. It is so much without even knowing it.

Next time try adding powdered sugar to the cream as you whip it. Trust me it's amazing!
You can put the sugar with a vanilla Essence or orange zest and continue to spin the cream it will make it more fluffier and nice.
