I think every Trini LOVE "corn soup" no matter where in the world we live, we don't have "shaddow-benni" & a few spices over here so I'll have to make that extra punch with garlic, onion and anything else I can find for great flavour so it won't be exactly like our typical "Trini-style corn soup.;;and I will recreate my "cream-style corn" by blending my chunky corn; to have the texture and that special flavour. Thanks for posting guys ;-)

Not everyone eats pork, so add pigtails if you do! Dumplings is not always necessary - add if you want it!!! Nice recipe
