When I was a kid I wanted to be Tony Mamaluke. Dude was sick af. If I listed my favorite wrestlers as a kid, you’d know i grew up in a specific time lol. Billy Kidman, Vampiro, Tony Mamaluke, Sandman, RVD, and obviously Stone Cold.
Sad Paul did more with less than any major promotion has ever done. Name an ECW wrestler you hate. Hell even 911 couldn't work but Paul had a role for him. Tony Khan and WWE need to go watch all this and the Territories and learn somethings. Paul came from the Territories.

I know Tony Mamaluke. He was actually my Mom's coworker for about 2 years since they worked in Parkchester NY's Police Department together. 😂 Him and my Mom are still good friends and talk from time to time. I met Mamaluke on my 16th birthday and spoke with him for like almost 3 hours about wrestling, his stories and experiences with guys like Guido, Tommy Dreamer, Jamie Noble and Perry Saturn. He gave me lots of advice in life and on how to get into the Professional Wrestling industry. It's been more than a year and his advice follows me very often. He's a very nice dude and a pleasure to talk to. Can't believe I got to meet such a big star of ECW. And the fact that he's friends with my Mom is NUTS!

Hopefully I can meet him again soon. He's a class act. Imo WWE should've signed him he could've been a perfect US or IC Champion in the 2000s. They did sign him but man they could've done so much more with him. He's up there with Hardcore Holly, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Crash Holly as the most underrated wrestlers ever.
That cool I knew him from wrestling with my cousin in a little town called Cornelia, Ga in a promotion called NWA WILDSIDE where AJ styles actually started with my cousin… need to go check it out man my cousin was Gabriel apart of the Lost boys in that promotion, but that cool about your mom
@@quasar7763It’s honestly not far from the truth. He never had any intentions to let ECW stand on its own as a revival, so many of the ECW Originals who could still go were just there to be cannon fodder.
Couple of my best friends and I went to an ECW house show after WWE bought them. Most of the crowd only knew the ECW guys from WWE TV, but my pals and I rocked the old-school chants. We were front row, and the crowd was doing "where's my pizza" and we were the only ones to know to reply "Big Sal ate it". One of the times we did that, Little Guido looked over at us and said "He ate that one, and about 5 others." XD

Disco would've actually done something good bringing them in considering they're one of the most underrated Tag Teams of all time. They can work with anyone and they're both brilliant minds with lots of personality.
if you got time, check their dance off video they have with blue meanie where Tracy Smothers tries to dance and Tommy Rich goes off on the mic. absolute comedy gold. too bad WWE jobbed them to hell. Guido was a stunning mat technian and Tony complimented his tag style well. dope entrance theme too.

Tony Mamaluke vs Will Ospreay in the Best of the Super Junior and G1 Climax, both men would give the best high flying matches ever.
