Kenneth Starr. He was his former business manager and accountant. Starr ended up running a Ponzi scheme and stealing/losing millions of dollars of rich celebrities' money. He was arrested and thrown in jail for it.

It may appear that way because they are best friends. Maybe when you'd talk to your best friend it could appear like a rude conversation for outsiders when in fact for you it wouldn't be so. That's because friends can get away with talking and acting in a certain WAY!
