LOL-you played "Shots" at a Jr high party, I was dying! -i know it would have been edited, but its just still funny being an adult "guzzler's" anthem! "Buy out the Bar!-Shots of Capri Sun and Juicy Juice for Everyone"
I like the new light setup. Looks great!!! We do a lot of middle school dances and they request some crazy stuff! They can get pretty annoying because they just think you're just a jukebox! A lot of times I'll say "This next song was requested by 'so and so'" that way I don't get all the heat if the song is bad! Also we will definitely take requests from kids who are dancing!
Nice lighting! But I'd have to say a facade is a must. And you're right, crowd's are getting tougher and tougher to please, more and more requests and some are very out of place.
Dj Rick like your new light set up looking good fan!! Keep up the good work Bro.. Regarding the crowd man those kids are hart to please I did a 8th grade gig this year and the same happen to me. The re-quest was bad not dance sons and most of all bad words on it. And the worth's part it was 75% Cristian so you know what I mean.. I play what they ask for and you think this kids are going to dance and no they just sit looking each other it was SUCKS.. But at the end they all have a good time, but I totally understand your point of view. Thank you for your videos I really enjoy them!! Only we know that is not ease doing all this events and recording at the same time. It takes lots of hours so thank you brother. God bless you and your family always!! A simple and honest Hello To all your Subscribers. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL. FROM: DJ LTMB FROM TEXAS..................
it is the same here in the UK the kids asking for things and they don't dance, but they dance to other things , but not dance :/ . .. but thats a good set up the lighting really works for the event .. top gig log :)
Try investing in a nice black facade that actually goes around your coffin so you don't see the wires more. It folds up nicely and you can get a bag for it also. It makes it look like a nice booth. Nice lights though, wish I had stuff like that for my events.
+Darion Bonnet this setup was a test run of the concept of no facade being more open and visable. Working on plans to potential build a custom DJ booth.
All pro. gear. very impressive. Teens very difficult to please, what really makes it hard is what's popular is over the top explicit. Even with edited cuts the kids already know the words that are bleeped out.
Hello DJ Rick Web. I really like the new ADJ Inno pocket spot pro's. I think I will put them on my x-mas list to buy. I really like the smaller ADJ Inno pocket spot twins, but I don't think the 12 watts per light , are not going to be strong enough.
hey there dj Rick webb. love the new light setup. I am looking for something new for a light setup myself. hope you don't mind if I copy. Lol also do you have a copy of your Playlist. I have a school coming up. wanted some pointers on music.
Thinking about the skrim about to order skrims for all my stands. Really want to try and come up with the next cool thing for in front of the DJ booth. But don't want to go full on building a custom table. Want something unique and creative to differentiate the business
I love the info on your videos... I just wish you spent more time on programming lights - I'm not a Dj so i know it hard doing both.. but coming from a lighting guy that loves music and what you guys do.. I just want the lighting to look better..
+Mr Smith I agree with you. Lighting just isnt my focus, but I do believe really good programed shows are so much beter than any sound active light. Thats why I started dmxing. Lol. I do need to fined time and sit down with all my lights setup and create some cooler stuff.
Thank you sir... I've been to doug's channel as well and they do some great videos as too.. I can't wait to see what you guys have in store.. I'll be on tour til the end of Nov.. I'm a road mgr and lighting for a rock goth band at the moment and some of your video's have been helping when the band i'm working for purchased some freedom sticks.. It took me ages to figure it out - But after downloading showxpress - i fell in love with the whole system.. I can't wait for more content..
+Floreypottery I rent the hazer only need it like 5-10 times a year. Not worth buying it and letting it sit on a shelf and stop working. But its a adj hazer and I love using it works great. Needs like a hour prior to build up in the room but really works well
HYVBJ JGT you only need alil haze to get a good effect and it won't set them off best thing is build a light haze then use it here and their to keep it. heavy fog can set them off
+HYVBJ JGT there heat based smoke detectors not particle so you can get away with haze or fog. And on that note you can use haze at any venu as log as you use in moderation.
+DJ Diamond Lee I along with the business used to do video DJing at every event then weddings stopped wanting it. Then even high schools stopped wanting. We rarely ever do video anymore no one in our area likes it or wants it.
Thank you. Its a 50/50 split our here. My best Dj buds do it but i barely have enough space for my speakers and facade. lol Keep spinning man!! I'm a big fan. Id love to see the DJ Rick Web mix tape of your favorites songs and persona mixes.
I would make one if I had some expendable time and cash.. the real trick is making it fold in the middle like the tables so that the tint does not wrinkle. The leds could be connected with a short bit of wire via solder at the fold point. hm..
u also like marshmello (u said it was ur favret song) I LOVE HIM! I WOULD PAY $500 JUST TO MEAT HIM! and his songs are good to mix to) adn i made my own LIGHT-UP marshmello halment!
At my 6th grade dance girls were twerking on boys and boys were twerking on girls lost of cussing and lots of making out ye oh and surprisingly beer yeah.....yesterday was fun
Great video! Keep up the awesome work! If you’re looking for any of the latest & greatest non-copyrighted music for your future video check out my channel. All my music is free to use without getting a copyright strike.
dope set up, a facade helps a lot.. also be careful with those energy drinks bruh... liver and kidney damage and diabetes in the future if u don't quit. it's liquid heroin in many ways.. the ingredients have drug like effect on brain and damage kidneys and liver over a short period of time..
I consulted my doctor on my choice of drink. 0 sugar. 0 calories. And same amount of caffeine as a cup and a half of coffee. And I only have max one a day
thats smart Bruh, I learn a lot about DEE JAYING from your channel.. just one DEE JAY lookin out for another.. keep doin what you do man a lot of us here in Los Angeles are watching and learning... D.J. FIFTYCAL OUT! my cousin Mixmaster "D" is on the Numark NS7 III as we speak I am at his crib we're spinning for upcoming gig's. a good deejayed is a practiced D.J. I practice about three times a week I use the pioneer DDJSX2. I am showing him the in's and out's of Serato D.J. Pro he's a classically trained Turntablist so he's getting the hang of the new way of Dejaying.

THOSE NEW LIGHTS ARE KICKIN'!!!!! GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS.
Nice set-up with the lights. keep that grind going
What you said in your recap about crappy requests, barely dancing to dance songs... I have the same problem!!!
Sick new light set up 👍🏽
Looks great as always!
Great Job...Pro-Job!
Nice lighting! But I'd have to say a facade is a must. And you're right, crowd's are getting tougher and tougher to please, more and more requests and some are very out of place.

Nice set up looks good sounds good 👌
The adj inno spot pros are pretty bright, look good
it is the same here in the UK the kids asking for things and they don't dance, but they dance to other things , but not dance :/ . .. but thats a good set up the lighting really works for the event .. top gig log :)
Nice lights, but you need the facade, it just looks more professional to be honest.
Facade's are for weddings and corporate events! Schools...." Get up and close!" dont use my facade at schools anymore!
Nice Setup!
i like your setup bro but hey that is the life of a dj. Allot of events you will get some crappy request lol. Great job keep it up
I like the new light setup
Hey Rick Web, your light setup kicks as.
+Eric N Harris thanks man! Been a slow evolution to the state it is in today. Lol
Happy Christmas 🎄 from the DJ Simon Wxm channel.
Love the moving heads - I still like to throw in some old moonflower effects to change it up.
I feel that for school events I really want to come up with a creative lighting setup with special lights I can blow of for certain affects.
good video.. nice set up
Ok thank you for the tip. Plus in your next video can you give us a taste of your mixing style? Thank you in advance! 👍🏽👍🏽
Nice, u really do a great job.
+DJ Sinista 1- Wiley thanks
nice set up
3:48 the lady to the left runs out of the camera view

+Darion Bonnet this setup was a test run of the concept of no facade being more open and visable. Working on plans to potential build a custom DJ booth.
Looks pretty awesome! Maybe try putting the laser up on the T Stand, you'll get a wicked aerial effect over the crowd
+NITRO MUSIC was thinking about that.
All pro. gear. very impressive. Teens very difficult to please, what really makes it hard is what's popular is over the top explicit. Even with edited cuts the kids already know the words that are bleeped out.
pretty sweet boss better some djs i no
I like this setap
Very cool set up.
+Jose Heredia thanks
the new light setup is dope....and I like the no facade look
Hello DJ Rick Web. I really like the new ADJ Inno pocket spot pro's. I think I will put them on my x-mas list to buy. I really like the smaller ADJ Inno pocket spot twins, but I don't think the 12 watts per light , are not going to be strong enough.
How do you fog up the room, without setting off the fire alarm? I like your light set up, plus the fog just gives it the extra touch good job bro!
+Cee Richardson use haze and use in moderation is the key to adding atmosphere in any room.
hey there dj Rick webb. love the new light setup. I am looking for something new for a light setup myself. hope you don't mind if I copy. Lol
also do you have a copy of your Playlist. I have a school coming up. wanted some pointers on music.
+David Vallejo If I have time ill go look at the vdj history from the gig and add it to the info on the video. Plan on doing that from now on
Do you have a review of tables? Trying to find a good table for mobile events.
No. But this table was just a Walmart 4ft table with the scrim listed in the description.
Marshmello ~ Alone
you know wats weird i dj the partys at my current high school! so idont really ger to dance but they pay me $800 for 3 and a half hours!
question- have you ever incorporated an existing PA system into your setup?
+Charlie D yes like a house system. Many times.
You should look at getting a case for the show express my man. Everything looks great.
+Anthony Young you know of any good ones? I am actually looking for one
do you like virtual dj 8 over 7 thinking about upgrading it not sure if it's worth it 7 works just fine for me.
+Tyler Traeger I upgrade for stability. And support for the higher processor capacity. Just use the vdj 7 skin like I do. Dont lose familiarity then.
good gig... yeah toughest crowds are this age group. they dont know what they want. instead of no facade maybe try a white skrim with a uplight.
Thinking about the skrim about to order skrims for all my stands. Really want to try and come up with the next cool thing for in front of the DJ booth. But don't want to go full on building a custom table. Want something unique and creative to differentiate the business
Yezzur.. Gotta seperate yourself from the others.
In my opinion washes are ment for live band gigs instead that’s all other then that everything’s great
i just finished a gig like an hour ago
Lol i heard someone in the backround. Yelling HOLY SHIT
I love the info on your videos... I just wish you spent more time on programming lights - I'm not a Dj so i know it hard doing both.. but coming from a lighting guy that loves music and what you guys do.. I just want the lighting to look better..

+Mr Smith ps: stay tune coming in october I got a gig wear I am bring doug from slm entertainment in to do the lighting.
I say stick with the facade. How are you liking those lighting trees?
+Ben D I actually feel like I am using something of pro grade for lighting stands now lol
What are the wireless DMX sticks you are using?
+Terry Green donner wireless dmx
we're you using a hazer looked like it what model if so and do you like it I'm looking at getting one
+Floreypottery I rent the hazer only need it like 5-10 times a year. Not worth buying it and letting it sit on a shelf and stop working. But its a adj hazer and I love using it works great. Needs like a hour prior to build up in the room but really works well
DJ Rick Web nice I wanna get one but idk if It will be worth the expense yet.
Maan teens are a different animal, thats why i let my teenage daughter who dj play for them. i just book it
the room has fire sprinklers there , that didn't activate the smoke alarms since you are using haze
HYVBJ JGT you only need alil haze to get a good effect and it won't set them off best thing is build a light haze then use it here and their to keep it. heavy fog can set them off
+HYVBJ JGT there heat based smoke detectors not particle so you can get away with haze or fog. And on that note you can use haze at any venu as log as you use in moderation.
thanks man. keep up the good videos
how stable are those new 12 foot stands you got my 10 are ok but pushi ng it
+Floreypottery when fully up around 11 ft. Pretty solid. Even with about 20 pounds of lights hanging. The legs span a good 4 ft pretty nice base.
DJ Rick Web good to know bases sound like the old ultimate stands a had
I use virtual dj party mix
i wish your videos were much longer.
What T-bar do you use?
+CJDJS Discos Odyssey LPT2
Why do you ratchet strap the subs?
So they don't vibrate apart
Do you still own those lights and use them.
Some
When will the winner of the giveaway comp be announced?
+plane-mad Dublin was already announced on snapchat. Quick video should be up later this evening.
DJ Rick Web ok cool, you see I dont have snapchat!
You should put the laser up on your stand it will look so cool
Do you also video Dj. I have been thinking about adding that. But I worry people will be staring at a screen instead of dancing and talking.
+DJ Diamond Lee I am working on adding playlist of tracks I used to all future gig logs. Its a start haha.
nice. I have 10 mixes on mixcloud.. beta.mixcloud.com/djdiamondlee/

+Cade Perry adj image rgb

Dj rick web when are you going to annouce the winners
+JOE roblox and more already annonced on snapchat 1am on the 10th. But quick announcement video will be up tonight
You should but your Name on the facade.
+RickPlays good idea. I am getting gobos with my dj name for the movers soon
When is someone going to make an infinity mirror facade?
+waves.of.grey I have seen them made
I would make one if I had some expendable time and cash.. the real trick is making it fold in the middle like the tables so that the tint does not wrinkle. The leds could be connected with a short bit of wire via solder at the fold point. hm..
+waves.of.grey the one I saw used actual mirror glass lol
you need a facade bro,it is more professional and looks nicer
u also like marshmello (u said it was ur favret song) I LOVE HIM!

+Dj Pulse its not for sale

dope set up, a facade helps a lot.. also be careful with those energy drinks bruh... liver and kidney damage and diabetes in the future if u don't quit. it's liquid heroin in many ways.. the ingredients have drug like effect on brain and damage kidneys and liver over a short period of time..
I consulted my doctor on my choice of drink. 0 sugar. 0 calories. And same amount of caffeine as a cup and a half of coffee. And I only have max one a day
