Use your lower or middle knuckles, or the back of your fingers in general, when scooping cream out of its jar. This is my terminology, btw. For reference, the upper knuckles are the ones we punch with. The big strong ones connecting the fingers to the backhand.

Where you see flaws in your legs etc, I just see a beautiful woman. That is a lovely robe too. By wrinkles, I think you mean subtle lines, lines that I certainly don't notice in this video. You're still a pretty young woman. I hope you feel content decades from now when you are a pretty old lady, with some actual wrinkles, and that you are still making ASMR videos.
