This the best crowd. Cape Town showed us how it's done! Beautiful stuff! Mac is spot on, a lot of people are relocating to Cape Town, even those who are semigrating from other provinces! Phumelele is telling the truth locals in Cape Town can't afford the luxuries the city has to offer. All this expensive suburbs are owned by foreigners, East Europeans etc.

1. Mac G is the last big name that will shake the radio rishuffle.
2. Phat joe hinted/and others too has hinted, that somehow it feels like Mac G is not really making the most in terms of taking adavnatge of this time in monetizing through this infuence. Everyone in the industry wish they had this kind of influence and only few gets drunk enough to tell him that he should be making sure that he is milking every millions he can get out of this wave of influence he has right now
To some people not everything is about money, because if it was he would never have been reckless enough to get fired and be jobless.
In other words we probably would not be having a very entertaining podcast if he was just about the money.
the second point i just hope MacG ignores. if it aint broken don't fix it. he has been excelling thus far because he does it for the love. but also he is monetizing, podcasts merch, grandeur nd chilas punch, i mean come on
