Love that she did this after the Super Bowl and made it a point to start off a capella so there would be no doubt she was singing. THIS was really her defining moment when she was universally acclaimed as the best singer of her generation. The pressure she was under at this moment to redo her greatest achievement up to that point. And to come thru like this. Amazing.

Didn't you guys here, the only reason it was dubbed at the Superbowl was because the timing had to be exact for the "figther jets" to pass overhead. So, Whitney sang this in Norfolk when troops returned home from War to prove she could sing it live, and didn't she? Whitney gave an awesome concert that night. You should have heard the numbers after this when she really warmed up!!
