Group 3. I started crying when she said " if I was you, I would be so confident" ; I've been seriously struggling with body image and self-love because I feel like I no longer look like I did in the past and that I could never reach that level of confidence again. I have depression and it's debilitating, it's destroying my life and honestly I'm tired of everything. I hope my light will shine one day.

pile 4: I apologise for the spoiler but I just wanted to share my experience with this pile. This pile is all about self-love, self-acceptance and self-confidence. I personally felt that this pile resonated with me because a lot of people that I've met told me that I have a natural beauty and they feel good around me, but I have always been insecure about my looks because I have a missing tooth and its kind of yellow eventhough I've brushed them literally every morning and night. My parents doesn't allow me to have braces or even bring me to the dentist, so my self-esteem has always been at the very low. I am so afraid that people would stare at my mouth whenever I speak. I used to have a toxic friend that would criticise me because I have skinny arms with a tummy and big thighs, but these couple of months she kept saying that I'm really beautiful and I find it quite hard to accept it especially from her. I feel so ugly whenever I look at myself in the mirror. I did try but I would always go back into critising myself. I'm at that point where I don't believe whenever people complimented me whether it's my appearance or my personality. I don't know where or how to start the journey of loving myself and continue the journey without straying off the path.
I was exactly the same... until this year. I started focusing more on myself and stopped thinking about others. And I think this is the perfect time, as we're stuck at home and we can spend A LOT of time with ourselves. The first thing I started doing was kinda fixing my sleeping schedule and waking up earlier. At least an hour before my mom. Because then, she starts doing her things and i can't be as mindfull. After that, i created a morning routine that fits ME. You can start with something as little as taking a few deep breaths just after u wake up and thanking the Universe for giving u another day to live your beautiful human experience. Then, you can start adding more things to your routine. Like journaling, meditating at least ten minutes, reading two pages of a good book, etc. Remember that to love yourself you also need to respect yourself and your own times. Also, making your bed each morning makes u feel lile u have accomplished something for the day!! Then, i would suggest preparing breakfast while listening to a podcast called "the self-love fix" or, if u don't have access to podcasts, you can listen to Abraham Hicks. OR GRATITUDE AFFIRMATIONS. Omg gratitude is so so SO important. I would dare to say it's the MOST important thing to do. I do it every morning and i love that it changes my mood instantly. You actually start being happy with what you have and stop being anxious for what you don't. I feel much more inspired after that! Another great thing to love yourself is moving your body and expresing yourself. I would recommend starting with yoga. I wasn't really a yoga person.. until i gave it a try this year and i was mindblown. It made me realize how beautiful and important my body actually is... and I can say I now cry when i remember how I treated myself. For 17 years. It's the first time i fully understand the concept of "self-love"... I'm probably forgetting many things, so if u have any questions or need someone to talk, u can hmu on ig: @abridonato_

One last thing: i know that when we talk about self-esteem, self-love and all of that, the first thing that comes to our minds is "Oh, i need to love my body. That will make me happy" or "Ooh, i need to achieve things to feel better" BUT IT'S NOT THE CASE. Loving yourself is about fully accepting everything u are and everything you do at any point in life. C'mon, life is too short to spend it at war with yourself.. (a quote i put on my vision board and has changed my perspective a lot). I used to be happy when i lost weight, but then i gained a couple pounds and I would star the process all over again. "oh u r so stupid. How could u let yourself go like that?" But now it's different. I know that if i think positively, more positive things will come. So anytime i start thinking negatively about myself (OR ANYTHING REALLY) i immediately change my thought to a positive one. Please, remember to see the colors in every situation and you'll see how your mood and health improves overall. Take care of yourself 💖

Pile number 3 was really accurate for me. I do love being done up and wearing makeup. I get a lot of compliments on my look and I do fail to show all sides of myself because of how anxious I am. Whenever I tell anyone I’m anxious they’re like how? And I like the Venus aspect thing because I am a Libra which is ruled by Venus. I did go back and forth between 3 & 4. I was raised in a Muslim household so I try to fully be myself but I also have that modest conservative nature I was raised with so It’s difficult to navigate who I was, am and who I wanna be
Pile 3: it’s funny because people do always tell me they see as Such a sweet, Nice, balanced and understanding person. Like there’s a calmness about me. I dont really understand why people like me and confide in me - strangers too. If I tell people I actually have quite a temper (Mars in scorpio- look out!) they look at me All perplekse, because I keep that hidden away. The only make up I do wear is mascara - and only for work. First of all, I do appear to be cheerful to people through my posts & how I text with people. I always post funny memes & I like to laugh a lot. During my early teenage years, I was not that attractive. I think I had a glow up? Bc I started gaining weight at the right places & working out. I started taking care of my appearance more. I went with pile 1 and it definitely made sense. I am actually a scorpio too and I am always being told I am mysterious and that my eyes are mesmerising and like they "can see into their soul".
