"Do you understand?" She does not, judge. Mental health issues or no, the judge's words flew through her skull and didn't manage to bump into anything during the trip.
Good One!
This is incredibly scary that this woman assaulted & abused a 5 year old like this in public. I depise women like her, and they need time behind bars (prison) so they can get slapped around when they are struggling to eat jailhouse food.
I truly hope that little girl is placed with a family that will provide her safety, stability and love... and free from the clutches of this monster.
She need not have them, Not she need not raise them. Its not somebody else's responsibility.
She pled No Contest? What excuse could this monster possibly have for slapping and humiliating her child in public? Grrrrr .
Horrendous 😢
and this is just one case of thousands...breaks my heart...
Thank you Judge
You can tell she couldn't care less. She's more upset she got in trouble.
Man I love this Judge! Just a straight up hero in my mind standing strong for our state and her community. Thank God she added the therapy and clear conditions for reuniting her with her daughter.
Love how Judge Boyd puts the child’s safety and emotional health first. So sad that this little girl has to have such a loser for a mother. My heart breaks for her. Children have no control over what adults do to them.
These people don’t even pay their own bills. Waiting for “vouchers”.
And they know every trick in the book while me a 78 yr old disabled veteran struggles just to live from month to month!
My thoughts? I wish when I was young and being abused by my mother that anyone would have tried to help me. Thankfully this child has Judge Boyd on her side.
Someone called cps on my dad when I was 11 , and a man with no fingers showed up at my school to talk to me , and I completely lied, I didn’t know what to do or say , because I was too scared
I’m sorry 😢❤️
@@urfavbaileyyyy11 I’m sorry. I tried to tell people but my mother had everyone believing that all I do is lie. Never mind all the bruises they had seen on me. Times were different when I was kid. It was a long time ago.
@@Prplpassions it’s still like that, unfortunately. This was also 20 years ago. Sometimes it’s children services who directly fail them as well, along with a messed up system.
@@Prplpassions I wish you healing ❤️🩹
Judge Boyd is SO fair and wise!
Honestly, I'm disappointed with Judge Boyds decision. That woman should be locked up. She'll go on, doing the same, and probably just produce another victim.
I was treated very very badly as a child and it’s still with me now. I hope she gets karma.
That is a monster not a mother
Right on Judge Boyd. Everything you said to the mother was true. If she can't be a mother please give the children up for adoption to someone who will really care for them and make them feel worthy. she really does not deserve any second chances.
How wonderful to have an official think of, and prioritise a child. Children’s social workers often seem to spend more time focussing on the adults and keeping the child in the family , rather than focussing on the child’s needs.
Good for Judge Boyd for firmly explaining the truth to this piece of of work, called her "mom"!!!
I think jugde boyd was straight with her. Too many abuse going on this judge was advocating for that child period! I hope the child gets a good life. Thank God🙏
Don't worry all...She will never be able to make it through the demands of being probation. Also, it is very difficult get your kids back once cps is involved.
Judge Boyd is amazing. Not only is law professional but has a good grasp of child development. She is an amazing woman.
Omg!! 😲 ...poor baby... 🥺💔
I hope she's in a loving home..
...away from the "MOMster"... 💯🤬
My mom did this to me regularly. No one ever spoke up. Just watched. Every time.
Megan i am sorry no one stood up for you nor protected you. May God heal your emotional wounds and surround you with love for the rest of your life. 🌷
@@Marie-ge5yy thank you so much. I am currently in therapy and surrounded by love and support. I no longer have contact with my abuser. She no longer has access to me or my children.
Why the suspended sentence?
Plea bargain, probably. The courts are swamped. Judge Boyd added a bunch of requirements to make her work for the probation.
If I ever have this judge I am going to make sure that I call kids kids as much as I possibly can.
Thank u Judge Boyd!!!❤❤ She sure was all happy smiling and turned it off real quick to a frown!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love this Judge, pure thought for the child affects of the abuse ❤
Tell her judge!
This is why people don’t need to have children prime example. A lot of people struggle to have children and this person here is not worthy of the bottom of my shoe.
Im sure this poor child has had to put up with this treatment from the day she was born. It sounds like the trash has other children as well and im sure she treats them just as bad. I highly doubt all these classes will make any difference at all. She doesnt show any remorse .
I love this judge, i cant say it enough, she sees farther than the perp in front of her she protects the truly innocent.Love this judge she really gets past the bull.
Right on Judge. I had a horrible mother when I was growing up.
This mom does not think of her children as human beings with actual feelings!! She has no clue.
She should have sent her straight to jail and throw away the key
Agree with the judge 100%!
