Great video mate. Was thinking of doing mine on the drive way. Ended up taking mine to the garage and he put on the hydraulic ramps and changed for me for £50. Took him about 15 minutes but it was £50 well spent imo. Probably saved me a few hours. It's so easy for mechanic to change stood under it on the ramps. I bought the full exhaust got a good trade deal on it so saved on cost of parts. So satisfying doing it yourself though I just did not think it would be easy on my own on a drive changing a whole exhaust. Will probably have a go next time in the sun.
Absolute legendary video. Thanks. I need to replace the flexi on mine but the whole exhaust is rusty so was thinking of just changing the whole thing. You’re right though, the sizes of those nuts is an absolute big dog move. I’ll probably just order some in before i even start just for ease of mind because once it’s off i’m carless until it’s back on. 😅
Hey mate wanted to say mega video was great for just the metrics of everything, had an issue with the muffler to the mid exhaust, doesn’t want to connect with anything I do and doesn’t slot over the same as yours
Fantastic! Thank you so much for making this vid. I am going to check the cat converter nuts on my Corsa and see what condition they are in before taking this on. How long do you reckon for this job from start to finish if the nuts are not too corroded? Thanks again.
Hi. If not corroded then it would take less than an hour on the drive way. I’m sure. Remove that cross brace though by the flexi connection. Takes a minute to remove and saves so much time faffing about. All the best 👍
