Chick fil-A and In and Out, hell yeah. Also, Fritz is a super cool and down to earth guy. Met him during the training week at the US Open last year in 2022, and even though my sharpie ran out of ink, he took the time to sign an autograph for me despite being in a hurry to his training session with Felix Auger Aliassime.
As jj said separating the yolks from the whites isn't healthier like people think it's actually the opposite since most of the vitamins are in the yolk, and most of the protein is in the white I eat 4 eggs every day they're very healthy they have vitamins, protein, and have healthy cholesterol 😎👍
You are generally correct but some people cannot handle multiple yolks a day without seeing an increase in cholesterol. Maybe Fritz is one of those people. I’d hope he physio team has assessed this.
It's literally what is healthy about it, haha. Anything anyone is taught about nutrition today, you should just think the opposite, in general, and that's what's healthy, except for the world of sugars and junk food; that's not what I'm saying is good, of course...
That's good. They're literally the worst two things you can eat basically. However, I will say that fruit is the best carb you can eat (along with WHITE rice only) in order to get your carbs in because it is a simple sugar, especially if the fruit is in season and natural, or organic at least. Other than that, there's basically no point in eating either of them.
Love these food vids! Fritz also gives an idea of what players have during matches. I didn't know what was in those tubes. Surprised tennis players don't eat healthier but, hey, it works for them, and I know how hard it is to eat that healthy anyway. They certainly eat delicious food! Cressy and Fritz ought to get together at In-N-Out. No In-N-Outs by me. Anyway, because of a recent surgery I couldn't get away with eating that kind of food anymore without the risk of causing severe stomach problems.
it works for them because things like those tubes or jaffa cakes help them get instant carbs and sugar which is needed due to the level they play at, and the amount of calories they burn.
@@shahzadirani Thanks for your insight. I don't know enough to agree or disagree with you. It appears you may be addressing how they care for themselves during matches. I notice the tubes and the bananas and all kinds of drinks. I looked up jaffa cakes to see what they were, never noticed players having that. What I do know for fact is this: once you get older you can't get away with eating like that even if you're physically active. I have personal experience with that. I do wonder what the tennis greats eat, namely, Djokovic. Not only is Djokovic extremely impressive with what he has accomplished but he is still playing at such a high level at his age. I'd also want to know about Nadal as well.
Yes but you could argue that most guys at his level fluctuate between early exits and then better performance. The guys in the top 10 so he’s doing something right.
@@zlmdragon. I don’t know, if I was number nine in the world had about $12 million in the bank and a hot girlfriend, and was only 25, I think I’d be kind of happy. Just kind of.
Love Taylor F. Super cool and down to earth guy. His mom raised him well.
Great video, Taylor Fritz is such a cool and humble guy
Such a humble down to earth guy! Go Fritz!!
It's good to see a world class athlete eat similar to me
Or could he be better with better food
Chick fil-A and In and Out, hell yeah.

This man did not mention one vegetable
Love Taylor's voice.
Cheat days feel even better when you're eating so clean 95% of the time
unless your professional you dont need to eat super clean. if you count callories you can cheat so much . callorie deficit
@@koen4261 nah thats cap, what you're eating matters just as much as how much you're eating.
@@Tronny depends. but if you eat fast food. for 2000 callories a day. and still be in deficit. you can loose weight
Of course he loves in and out he's Californian 😂
Happy to hear that you like food in Tokyo. Can't wait to see you in Tokyo!!
He’s so Californian 😂 “like, like, like.”
Does anyone know where you can buy the polo shirt he wears in the pic on th left at 0:15?
Nike!
That diet sounds crazy for a athlete. I guess that’s just another reason between Djokovic & the rest

dietary cholesterol =/ serum cholesterol
There is the same amount of protein in the yolk and in the white of an egg but the white is just higher percentage protein
The only time egg whites are allowed is when you made carbonara the previous night and have leftover egg whites ;)
Egg yolks are not bad for you. Sad this myth persists
Just like a burrito can be plenty healthy if done with the right ingredients.
@@al1976-v7m I was going to say how is a breakfast burrito automatically unhealthy lol

@@probablypondering1657 They literally don't increase cholesterol, that is bs... This lie has been out there way too long.

Hahaha I love his diet finally I share something similar to a top 10 athlete xD
I love this man ❤
No fruit and vegetables anywhere to be seen 😂

Taylor looking like a chef in whites who’s done a long shift in kitchen 😂
He’s so cute! 🤭
“Egg whites” the yolk is literally the best bit. 😢
I'm loving it! 🥳

What do you cook for your child?
Good job.
It's basically a college kid's daily meals, not the right diet for an elite athlete.
He resemble one of the jonas Brothers
Bingo!
1:59 for a sec thought it was huge jackman
You need glasses
Fritz' voice always sounds like he's trying really hard to get low. His natural voice is probably way higher.
not everyone is comfortable on camera.
So no fruits for Taylor fruits?
One can only wonder if his diet is holding him back from achieving his full potential. 😉
Lol such a typical American 😂
no mention of vegetables, fruit or healthy fats....i predict a short career fraught with injuries unless he replaces his nutritionist ASAP
I'm sure he snacks on those regularly
Surprised he hasn't watched Game Changer or studied Novak's diet
Noone says they are bad .yolks are fat

That explains why you will never beat Djokovic! Not even when he is in his forties.
