It may be a thin line but at least to me it's a very clear line, the second category are all the people that: shave and paint their own eyebrows, take steroids, undergo any kind of unnecessary plastic surgery, willingly keep their bodyfat under 10% for long periods of time to look shredded, get a fake tan or go really out of their way to get a tan. As long as something is not self destructive and it doesn't involve intentionally disrespecting other people there's nothing wrong with it IMO.
