I love this movie for many reasons! I was 13 in 1987 and 30 in 2004 just like Jenna and Matty in this movie! I absolutely love the nostalgia factor of this movie and this is my favorite Romantic comedy ever made. Also I used to love Razzles, I mean what 80s kid didn’t?? ❤️
Well kudos to Ryan Reynolds for reuniting these two again as his parents for the adam project where a man has to go back in time as a 13 year old to save his dying father(Ruffalo).

I have the soundtrack of this movie at home and I have it on dvd as well. It really resonates with me because I've had a few real-life experiences similar to that in this movie. I would have lost contact with people and regained my friendships with them years later in my 20's. I'm 29 in May but it's only in the last 2 or 3 years that I really built up my network of friends and contacts with people I went to school with and I made new friends as well and some of those themes are in this movie. Once the bitterness subsided I contacted them on facebook and I met them in my local area/town and whatever happened was left in the past but the pain of being separated is always there in the background and that's another theme in this movie that's similar to my own real-life experiences.
I downloaded this video and i watched it several times especially when i am in the office...it just kept me going even during a stressful day in the office.

I have the soundtrack of this movie at home and I have it on dvd as well. It really resonates with me because I've had a few real-life experiences similar to that in this movie.
