Brandon Jennings made a great decision and played that year in Italy. He was surround by pros early on teaching him how to work on his game if he wanted to be the best. He may not have learned a lot but I'm glad he got something out of it.
he needed to come in europe to grow up better and take confidence with his skills! Now he is the best young player of the NBA!!!!! Italy can't forget him!
This is a great story! I'm excited to see Brandon out on the floor, and a stronger Bucks team to boot. I can't wait to see what he can do against the Celtics. 6'1 & he plays with so much passion.
Its crazy how one player can change the whole organization... I never liked to watch Bucks, but this year I always check their highlights coz of this kid-Jennings... If Joe Alexander could fulfill his potential this team can be big...With Redd healthy and Bogut strong they are definitely a playoff team
Jennings had such a bright future, sucks that the Bucks traded for Monta Ellis which stunted his growth and then Detroit fired Mo Cheeks who Jennings was really improving under after they got rid of Josh Smith, then he had to tear his achilles after again finally picking up some steam
kobe is the only other player ive ever seen drop that many points in just 3 quarters of basketball to be in the same breath with kobe as a scorer your a bad boy...jennings just made another fan im tuning in every night they play i havent missed a lakers game in 8 years because i dont wanta miss kobe explode now i want be missing many bucks games to see jennings do his thing...hes the future of the NBA
The Kings have an extremely overloaded backcourt, Jennings is on the other side, free to put any shot he wants, unless he wants to let Ellis do that. Tyreke needs a new time to shine as soon as possible. Jennings lack of college may have cost him the ROY award... but things change, I commented on this a year ago. Now Jennings is the one being the mature one, and leading his team like Tyreke did in his rookie year.
I like Jennings, but Tyreke had a historical rookie season. He averaged a 20-5-5 season, which was only done by 3 other players, MJ, the Big O and LBJ during their rookie years. But I'm also a Jennings fan
he's improveing and so is his team. they've won two in a row and in both games jennings shot better than 45%. they're 15-7 at home they just need to do better on the road and so does he. if he can break them out on at leas a 6 game win streak a couple times they might get a winning record and maybe even make the playoffs.
I love the Bucks. Grew up with them when I lived in Milwaukee. I've loved them in their lowest times. And Iove that were getting noticed. Oh, and whoever said Bogut was garbage. I doubt you watch Bucks games. (Maybe you do, who knows!). He's an alright defender, great passer, and even great team player and scorer. Go Milwaukee! Playoffs this year!
His numbers despite his limited minutes weren't bad. Sure it wasn't an indication of what he's be doing now but its for the better if it were to further improve his fundamentals and get others involved on offense.
Brandon Jennings is the future of P.G's in the NBA. I have a Brandon Jennings Rookie Refractor Card. I have a video posted on my channel featuring that card.
Europe Basketball esp Euroleague is quite different... in Europe you can't miss too much shoots, defence is more strong cause every game is a "must win" and there is a lot traffic in the paint. I've watched live every game in rome of BJ, he was good in defence and assists but he shoots with 26% 3FG (for example in euroleague) and missed a lot of tactic things. So happy now he leads the bucks
Yeah, I can agree on that. But, there isn't anything wrong with being "another A.I.", the only thing Brandon should look out for is if he wants to be a pure scorer, make sure you win a title otherwise he'll always be under A.I.. We both know Brandon will be a great player(no injuries hopefully) so you're right, we'll just have to wait and see.
with all the choices they have jennings will be paired with somebody great like favors or maybe even aminu. i dont think alot of people know about devan downey. ive looked at alot of mock drafts for this year and his name doesnt come up on any of them. maybe hes not planin on comin out, idk. but he should be up there with wall. for someone thats 5'9 he scores really well and can dish the ball. i really hope hes a top three pick whenever he comes out. his hight might be a problem though.
Europe must of broke Jennings down mentally. He used to be really cocky player who only cared about scoring points but now he is more humble and really development into a pretty good guy and a nasty basketball player.
That 55 point game last week was really impressive. He has really deceptive speed, & thanks to him, the Bucks can be called an NBA franchise again.......LOL
How are the playing more efficient..please enlighten me. Are they shooting 47% from 3 with a 51.3 fg%? Not to mention, he's averaging over 30 on only 33 minutes a game. Prime time hater over here
he never played like this when he stayed here in Rome...even if being far away from home could be hard I can't understand how it is possible. I mean, in Rome he played half games or less a week and ok, italian and european basketball is different, but here in italy there is less pressure on players than in the u.s. anyway I hope the best for him
Jennings is the next Answer...his balls skills are identical to Iverson...he can dish just like Iverson...work on his shot and he'll be great just like Iverson.
nobody says he turned into jordan over night, do u know what kind of feet that is to score 55 points as a rookie? ive never seen anything like it. hes not getting to much hype, he deserves it. its not a fluke when someone scores 55 points, u gotta be good in this league to score that many points
yeh but this dude was meant to be the 1st pick in the draft but because he went to europe for a year know one got to see him play and we all forgot about him now hes getting into the swing of things hes gonna be hot
im not taking nothing away cuz 55pts is hella good for a rookie but he did it on a team that plays no D it would be impresive if it was against a playoff team or a team that plays D
Yeah essentially he did bro. Scoreless in the first, 55 in the next 3. But think about this: 29 in 3rd quarter. Multiply that X4 and you get 116. DUDE. That's a ludicrous amount for a quarter. I got a good feeling about this Brandon.
i think he shoulda been #1. brandon jennings has a wider skillset than blake griffin. and he's originally form la. it woulda been nice to see him go to his hometown.
ppl 4get its brandon jennings second season.. D Rose didnt really start ballin till the end of his second season plus brandon jennings was injured this year guarantee he ballout hard next year
well i meant two guys that were capable of scoring 50. Not that either one of them are going to get close to 50 everynight but they're wil be nights when they both for for 30+
i respect the fact that he is performing good....and i admire him cause he is very young.......he still is learning....and i thinkhe should start passing the ball just a little bit more.....im just sayin.
@TheNBAhoops Why ? Because of the 55 point game? What were his stats throughout the season? Tyreke had 20 ppg 5.2 rebs and 5.8 assists shooting 45 % fg and 25 % from 3 (notice he's not really a pure pg and a shooter), Jennings had 15 ppg 3.5 rebs and 5.7 assists on 37 % shooting from the field and the 3...as far as talent goes they're both as good, but Tyreke had a better season you can't deny that if Jennings could have gotten it so could Steph Curry but Evans just had a great season
there is an amount of games a rookie has to play if he wants to become ROY. Wow.. jennings was definitely the steal of the draft. 55!! amazing for rookie.. for anyone lol.
It's crazy how Jennings had 55 points as jus a rookie #beastmode
he's done.
This the day he scored 55🔥
he signed my jersey face to face :D!!!!!!!!!!!!! best day of my life!
humble and work hard. he will definately be an all star. even if he don, he have gained the respect of all the people around him...
😢
I've been following this brotha since High School. He's put Milwaukee on the map. God Bless him I wish him the best.
Brandon Jennings made a great decision and played that year in Italy. He was surround by pros early on teaching him how to work on his game if he wanted to be the best. He may not have learned a lot but I'm glad he got something out of it.
all-star in the making. he's awe-inspiring.
😢
Jennings Is A Beast! I hope he Sticks To Milwaukee For a Longtime

Antoine Pettway Jennings is better, curry just have more mpg.
@@adamdoukkalithomson9544 r you dumb curry is the best PG of all time while Jennings is one of the biggest busts
he needed to come in europe to grow up better and take confidence with his skills! Now he is the best young player of the NBA!!!!! Italy can't forget him!

ahhh sheiiit. i cant wait for him to show us more
😢
nice to know there's finally a someone that can help M. Redd out in Milwaukee
Straight Out of Compton!!!!!
kobe is the only other player ive ever seen drop that many points in just 3 quarters of basketball to be in the same breath with kobe as a scorer your a bad boy...jennings just made another fan im tuning in every night they play i havent missed a lakers game in 8 years because i dont wanta miss kobe explode now i want be missing many bucks games to see jennings do his thing...hes the future of the NBA
I really hope this kid keeps working hard. It would be really exciting to get another star in this league
yeahh i did some research. hes class of 08. out for 1 year to play in europe. made it back here. pretty sweet

But I'm also a Jennings fan
when he was in Rome he was completely a stranger to the ballgame, i appreciate how better he fits the nba.
Brandon Jennings. ROY. no discussion. best thing in milwaukee since ray allen
Brandon Jennings is BRANDON JENNINGS! No one to compare
I'm a Bucks fan now because of Brandon Jennings.
Nice job, I love the effort. New release from Brandon Ja'rod is Blazing! DEC. 2010
he's improveing and so is his team. they've won two in a row and in both games jennings shot better than 45%. they're 15-7 at home they just need to do better on the road and so does he. if he can break them out on at leas a 6 game win streak a couple times they might get a winning record and maybe even make the playoffs.
This young rookies are the future of NBA...Seems like Jennings are the future Point Guard...
I love the Bucks. Grew up with them when I lived in Milwaukee. I've loved them in their lowest times. And Iove that were getting noticed.

he's exciting to watch. good to see the bucks having some fun.

Jennings is amazing

My new favorite player.. Brandon Jennings!
ALL LEFTY TEAM
PG. Brandon Jennings
SG. Michael Redd
SF. Josh Smith
PF. Lamar Odom
C.Chris Bosh
SIX-MAN. Manu Ginobili
he cooled off over the rest of the season
he's got heart.hungry.lots of potential.
he is amazing... let's go Jennings!
with all the choices they have jennings will be paired with somebody great like favors or maybe even aminu. i dont think alot of people know about devan downey. ive looked at alot of mock drafts for this year and his name doesnt come up on any of them. maybe hes not planin on comin out, idk. but he should be up there with wall. for someone thats 5'9 he scores really well and can dish the ball. i really hope hes a top three pick whenever he comes out. his hight might be a problem though.
He should be starting in the all star game.
55 points an rookie year
this guy has skill
Europe must of broke Jennings down mentally. He used to be really cocky player who only cared about scoring points but now he is more humble and really development into a pretty good guy and a nasty basketball player.
That 55 point game last week was really impressive. He has really deceptive speed, & thanks to him, the Bucks can be called an NBA franchise again.......LOL
Its funny cause now Stephen Curry is the best player in the world and is teammates with Bogut.
He is the most unstoppable offensive player i the league right now. No one is playing better than him at this moment.
How are the playing more efficient..please enlighten me. Are they shooting 47% from 3 with a 51.3 fg%? Not to mention, he's averaging over 30 on only 33 minutes a game. Prime time hater over here
James harden, what a joke LMFAO
also funny how he still sucks at defence
+Jass Naj curry sucks at defense
Omg, jennings with 55?!?! This kids gonna be one hell of a player!!!
It was crazy that curry not jennings dominate the next decade
injuries happen
He is combination of Iverson and Kenny Anderson. He should dominate the next decade.
everyone has to keep in mind this was against the warriors, but regardless, he's on my fantasy team so go jennings!
he never played like this when he stayed here in Rome...even if being far away from home could be hard I can't understand how it is possible.
I mean, in Rome he played half games or less a week and ok, italian and european basketball is different, but here in italy there is less pressure on players than in the u.s.
anyway I hope the best for him
Rookie of the year already
I'm a Brandon Jennings fan, but c'mon now get real, Tyreke deserved that more than anybody.
Jennings is the TRUTH
Oak Hill Alumni!
you know u nice when they say your name first and the team second
i hope so. tonight he didnt shoot to well but im hopein he starts to shoot up alot in fg% i want to see more games like he played vs minnesta.
Rookie of the Year! Playin' with my countryman Andrew Bogat. Hell Yeah! Go the Bucks. Aussies Rule.
Jennings is the next Answer...his balls skills are identical to Iverson...he can dish just like Iverson...work on his shot and he'll be great just like Iverson.
lol
Crazy
rrn11 😂
whatever happened to the narrator in this video? i enjoyed his narration for the most part
jennings is a prodigy
At 2:51 he switched to BEAST MODE
nobody says he turned into jordan over night, do u know what kind of feet that is to score 55 points as a rookie? ive never seen anything like it. hes not getting to much hype, he deserves it. its not a fluke when someone scores 55 points, u gotta be good in this league to score that many points
lets stop the comparisons and enjoy his already amazing 1st year in the NBA.
yeh but this dude was meant to be the 1st pick in the draft but because he went to europe for a year know one got to see him play and we all forgot about him now hes getting into the swing of things hes gonna be hot
pure talent
im not taking nothing away cuz 55pts is hella good for a rookie but he did it on a team that plays no D it would be impresive if it was against a playoff team or a team that plays D
Rookie of the year
Yeah essentially he did bro. Scoreless in the first, 55 in the next 3. But think about this: 29 in 3rd quarter. Multiply that X4 and you get 116. DUDE. That's a ludicrous amount for a quarter. I got a good feeling about this Brandon.
amazing!
i think he shoulda been #1. brandon jennings has a wider skillset than blake griffin. and he's originally form la. it woulda been nice to see him go to his hometown.
ty lawson, stphen curry, b jennings good guards and tyrek evens
ppl 4get its brandon jennings second season.. D Rose didnt really start ballin till the end of his second season plus brandon jennings was injured this year guarantee he ballout hard next year
well i meant two guys that were capable of scoring 50. Not that either one of them are going to get close to 50 everynight but they're wil be nights when they both for for 30+
He is so under rated now. :(
future hall of famer!!
nice comment bro... u're absolutely right!
I like this kid.

Derrick hasnt been putting up any numbers this year!

MORE VIDS LIKE THIS!
What a play by the young buck ;)
True, let's see if he does good, too.
Wow that was weird, the video started and the clock on the court said 4:03 and I looked at the clock on my computer and it's 4:03 (EST).
Awesome
they already making video of his arrival to NBA.
i respect the fact that he is performing good....and i admire him cause he is very young.......he still is learning....and i thinkhe should start passing the ball just a little bit more.....im just sayin.
nah, jennings will be rookie of the year he just needs to step his game up
If he keeps playing like this he will not only make the allstar team he might end up on the 3rd all nba team and get the ROY
he's only just began
@TheNBAhoops Why ? Because of the 55 point game? What were his stats throughout the season? Brandon Jennings for ROY
i love watching rookies.
@LALkobebryantLAL Both of his knees are pretty much shot. Both of his ACLs have been torn and it's tough for him to be anything more than a shooter.
He is like ray allen on his rookie days
makes it look very easy..very quick
Jennings dropped 55 on Curry. 🎉
there is an amount of games a rookie has to play if he wants to become ROY. Wow.. jennings was definitely the steal of the draft. 55!! amazing for rookie.. for anyone lol.
