Visit a knowledgeable hair practitioner and let him/her apply hair dye on your hair. There are many different brands with natural-based hair dyes instead of the commercial ones you can buy in a supermarket and apply yourself. Avoid these brands...Don't dye your hair earlier than 10 months after transplant. Bleaching is even worse.
Matt I recently got a transplant in the US and they did my temples rounded like Ter Stegens. I have seen a decent amount of negative feedback about the rounded corners but seems like his turned out great. You should do a vid about rounded temples in more detail. If mine turns out like Ter's I will be super hyped. I got 2000 grafts FUE.

1:46 Interesting do you think that hair transplants without medication actually have the affect of speeding up AGA progression than if you never had one in the first place? Maybe it's to do with the shock loss kicking the native hair into a more miniaturise anagen phase
That’s false, androgenic alopecia will progress according to dht levels that damage the follicles, you can pluck every hair in your head but if the follicle isn’t sensitive to androgens the hair will grow back.
Just like our hair in the unibrow, I pluck them every 2-3 weeks but eventually they all come back.

Hello everybody! I really need some sort of guidance or opinion or help let’s just say.. I am a 22 male that struggles with male pattern hair loss for about 2-3 years. In October 2022 I started taking 1 mg finasteride (finhair). I was also using xpecia, I don’t know if it is used in every country but it’s this pill that has saw palmetto and some other vitamins for hairloss. I was also really depressed and taking some sort of antidepressant. It really wasn’t that heavy, more like a starter level idk ( I’m not a native speaker idk how to describe) After four months I started having pain on my testicles. I also had issue with my erection so I immediately stopped taking fin and x. Very shortly (February 2023) I started prp and some other needle treatment sessions. My last session was in February. Since then I’m thinking about taking finasteride again, but I really don’t know whether I should or shouldn’t..
Btw side effect went away once I stop taking and I haven’t experienced any since I stopped.
try lowering dose from 1mg to 0.5 mg, you could even try to go as low as 0.25mg . Lowering doses helps in preventing side effects. If issues still persist you can also try topical finasteride which has been shown be less risky

do most football players take finasteride after their transplant?
Most of them don’t if I had to bet. In the past it used to be banned as a potential masking agent during doping detection tests but it’s ok now.

Probably a new watcher? Well, they take the hair follicles from the back of the head and sides of your head and implant them to the frontal zones like in Ter's case. Most people opt for FUE technique nowadays but there is also FUT.
Shave it off I was a Norwood 6 23 and I shaved it all off
Safe decision. You can always get the hair back in the future if the donor remains strong and no NW6-NW7 progression will happen. If you have 30-60k to spend in your 30s your hair will be back!

Balding never bothers me anyway I just wanted to know because I find this very interesting about hair regrowth.I’m not really into hair systems and stuff like that but I respect you and your decisions
