great video. Preston is certainly not what it used to be. The new Market lacks atmosphere and half the shops are empty. Road works seem to be booming ! 😞
Lots of coffee shops cash converters betting youl not find many shops as a motorist they want all cars to be diverted to town centre,it's why the ring road comes to a bottle neck
Not sure all the changes and investments have been 'for the better' . . . . . Preston seems to have have had its 'soul' taken out Don't know the day of the week (Monday?), or time - but theres not enough trade & foot-traffic to sustain a business in many of those places So much road-works and renovation . . . . for the non-existent people & businesses! The Council has a LOT to answer for
