How do you shorten the flight and not sit on MSFS for hours on end WITHOUT changing sim rate? Or do you actually sit for hours on end?

Hey, you can't change the flight time without changing the sim rate, but I dont sit there at the PC for 7 hours, I go do other things with my day while its flying haha
