You gotta be able to acquire the cars that are wroth a lot, snipe them for a low price, and then flip them for profit. Or even snipe festival cars and hold them untill they become rare. You can make roughly $10M in 35 minutes if you do it right. Having legendary status also helps since it allows you to auction any car for $20M (buyout).
