- My music video for cool song called "Love Is All Around". This piece was originally released by The Troggs in October 1967. Nearly 30 years later Love Is All Round was picked by Scottish band Wet Wet Wet as a cover song for movie Four Weddings and a Funeral. Both, the movie and WWW cover, were smashing hits of 1994. Film is a British romantic comedy with great actors such as Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, James Fleet, Simon Callow, John Hannah, Charlotte Coleman, David Bower, Corin Redgrave and Rowan "Mr Bean" Atkinson. May 2024 - and this clip among others and indeed the whole film I shall stay in my thoughts and memories of a UK that once was - 80s/early 90s England - a great time a fun time and when I see what an absolute and utter disaster the UK has become today, this film, its warmth, its fun, its rom-com vibes, and even to a certain extent, reflections of my own life in London back in the 80s/early 90s (only those of us who lived it know what I mean - the snowflakes of today have absolutely zero idea) will keep me alive until I, just like the character played by Simon Callow (as the subject matter of the 'Funeral') shall keel over and pass away.
I do sincerely hope that where I'm going, is just like London was in the 80s/early 90s i.e. 'a paradise in heaven'

My partner and I met at a friends mothers funeral, he looks like Hugh Grant actually and we will be getting married in future. I cannot wait to be his wife. He dedicated this song to me.
When I was much younger I had a celebrity crush on Hugh Grant. Never did I think my partner would look similar to him. My dream came true.
