I straight up can watch these videos for hours man. Love the knowledge you have for power, athletes, body holds etc. Maybe a white board or more instructional video of training phases in a program, intensity, injury prevention/ recovery. SCIENCEEE! Keep it up!
Hello, love the content! Thank you for posting. I’ve been working on writing more of a undulating program. I’m in the beginning stages so Im doing more reps at a medium light weight. Would you suggest also adding a tempo if my goal is build strength and muscle?
What is 5/3/2 - for 6 sets mean? Is the 5/3/2 reps So 5 reps add weight 3 reps add weight 2 reps add weight = 1 set ? Thank you in advance for replying
Sorry , if anyone can help explain how does 1a Bench press 5/3/2work? I understand it is firstly finish 5reps with 100kg(example), and superset with 1b...... and then keep going with benchpress (100kg)without rest for another 3reps... after 2reps round, have a 2:30rest and load weight 110kg(example) and continue. Am I right?
Struggling to get past 315 1 rep. I have been stuck at it for months. I think I've gotten a bit better at getting it up, but man. Definitely a plateau I'm struggling with. Definitely going to give the neutral grips a try, and work on form. Good vid Jake. Good job.
@@leonflowers2073 I have actually broken it now!! & I don't know fully what I did, lol. I hit 315 first on Decline, which I found easier, and got up to 4 reps of 315 on Decline, & now I'm able to put it up on flat, not sure really what happened, maybe my body just got used to the weight, or maybe it was partly mental?? Not 100% sure, lol.
I tried to squat and deadlift the same night. That’s not working. Too much. I’m gonna try to deadlift and squat on the same day. I’ll have to put squats in someway. This is tough.
Great tips. Thank you.
This guy's a freak of a human being
