It looks really nice. That stock drive shaft is too weak and it's needed to replace. Thankds for sharing👍💯

Looking at the listing on AliExpress it shows the thin ends of both at the gearbox. I am planning on getting the shafts for my two. I have some leaf spring helpers coming too.

I was driving mine pretty hard in a recent video. I got the clicking noise too, but thought it was the axle gear skipping. I'm definitely going to dig into it now and replace the shafts. Thank you for your service!

    Great video buddy.
and great find on the drive shafts
I think I'll probably mount mine the same as yours as if you go through mud the dirt and grit are less likely to jam and clog up in it .
But yeah I'm with you in the fact nothing ever goes smoothly.
    I've got some RC,s I've taken apart a 100 time's and there still not right 🙁
But cheers for sharing I'll be ordering up some of them.
    Thanks buddy 😊

Where did you find the leaf spring replacements. One of mine broke, and from your experience it's sounding like I may have ordered the wrong fit. I ordered something fit for a mini kei car/van...I think it was wpl.

I have never done it, but I have heard people use clear silicone or nail polish.
