Just wanted to say I love this game. As someone who unfortunately has no locals for this game I have learned so much about the current decks of vanguard and has been extremely amazing to use decks even if they’re a little older. I love the characters and the protag she’s great!!! Such a good game I don’t regret buying it 😂 it’s allowed me to play vanguard again :) 😊
@@RAINIBEAR Vanguard current format is pretty solid. They release a boss unit which then you can make a ride line into, then they released support for it. Solid game.
The Overlord vs Thegrea match-up almost always ends in a deck out in my experience, even in paper. It's just something about each of those decks gets 4 attacks while conserving hand drags out the game until the very end. So it was very fitting to see it happen that way in this video too.

bro i fought her like 5 times to win a single time... mf pulled 3 Heal Trigger when she had 5 dmg in the SAME duel... shit is stupid asf, i cant pull a single critical trigger but this bitch pulls all the triggers ingame in a single duel...
as sacky as it makes duels, don't hold back is a really cool skill. i've noticed that when the story loops, triggers don't seem to drop at all for the opponent in the early stages of yuki's story with dhb active. not the same case for the other stories though, dhb turns the opponents in those into gods (except for maybe rasen's, but still sacky)
Honestly, I never had issues with Mika because I was able to rush her down fast enough with Felty. But Megumi OT sacked me like 3 games in a row, so I know pain from AI

I've been using the prison deck (upgraded it to grade 4 after looking around for decks) which I feel has kinda screwed me in learning how to play aggro decks, is there a vanguard/deck you could recommend that would help me learn aggro?

Just fought and lost to an Ai Danji that completely destroyed me in every way possible. I had a 2-5 lead with a decent hand but once he rode grade 4 Bruce and started a 5-10 minute combo is when shit got crazy. Both left and right columns were hitting for 60-80k plus restand. Needless to say I will never look at Danji the same way ever again.
Me too. Got one bs one previous turn got OT (hence +1 crit) plus vanguard effect (+1 crit), first attack twin drive all crit and then stand again single drive crit). What u got is a 53k attack with 5 crit and I ran out of guards
Oh my god the flag fight I tried to use weaker decks but his skill increased his trigger chance and my one of course also increased it, eventually after 5 loses I went grav and melted
If anyone is wondering if Eva is good in DD, the answer is simple.. yes. Play 4 Penguins, 4 of any back row supports of your choosing, 2-3 Bobas and 1-2 graveyard gooblin to return the Obs into the deck, and you are golden. Eva atm is slower in early pressure cuz sadly no rusher but getting more then half of your orders into the hand early keeps the deck consistent, just remember to cry if 2 Obs get pitched into the DZ. Hey i like your videos and have one question. Could you provide a link with deck list i could use for this game? I am completly new to vanguard and can only find decklist with cards which arent in this game.
After many try to fight her and finally won I came to believe the reason she's so strong is because she's supposed to bullshit level strong mini boss and give players first lose so the players need to play smart, upgrade their decks and give the players taste how high level or not CPU game feels, because i she just pull heal triggee TWICE when she almost lose, pull crit trigger TWICE when attack land and i swear to god she has 4 copy of over triggee.
The trigger % on that pink btch is insane! She just had to somehow crit-trigger every no-guard and heal-trigger every lethal i made! I was so thrown off that i got to deal with that after steamrolling 5-6 games prior, which is really good and a little bad for the game! Got saved by Mahar deck in the end...
Dude, the first time my friend played this deck against me, he attacked with his vanguard and dropped his five meteors. I got scared so I PGed and his first drive check was his OT. Which didn't matter because the OT gave his rearguard (and if we played correctly) 2m power and +4 crits each. Needless to say but I lost.
Just here to say screw that Mika chick it took me 42 attempts to beat her once…. This is my first time play vanguard and I played bavsargra and she was ridiculous!!!!

This episode had the most insane fights, a joy to watch but a nightmare to play I can imagine.
Took me three tries to beat Mika, and during the third tries it feels like the game took pity on me and give me a free win, kinda feels bad...
