A discorded harmony denying synchro summoning is something I like on multiple layers. Of course it's a rlly cool concept that music that's not synchronised is disrupting synchronisation, but I also think it's hilarious that you summoning a giant cosmic dragon can be disrupted by two guys singing our of tune!

Aurora Paragon can be summoned by Condemned Witch after your opponent Normal summoned their monster and alot of combos start with a normal summon. Its still not very good, but its not as bad as Duel Logs keeps making it out to be. Condemed Witch can also search out Dress or Droplet to reduce the Attack of the normal summoned monster so he cant just beat it over.

Went ahead and did decided to test Sour Scheduling Red Vinegar Vamoose in my Ninjitsu Shadow Sealing Ground Collapse Zany Zebra Boompoline Gimmick Deck and holy shit, I really really overlooked this card previously!! I never ran it before because I honestly completely misunderstood how it worked. But now that I understand this is essentially if Zany Zebra and Boompoline had a really good baby, this card is a instant 3 of in my deck now. This did absolutely wonders for the consistency of my Zone Lock Gimmick!!
My favorite Runick counters are Curse of Darkness and Curse of the Forbidden Seal, the former dealing Continous effect 1k damage per Spell Effect activated and latter preventing any other copies of the spell hit by the Counter Trap from being played after. When Runick was dominating it was my fav cards to tech, if they dont have an out to it they just die from the burn or stop their plays. Definitely my favorite Floodgates.
I played a flower cardian mirror match with one of my friends as part of a "we both play an archetype we don't know" series, and Fraud Freeze is such a blow out in the cardian mirror match it's crazy. B tier for sure.
Photon Cerberus was kind of meta for a while in Duel Links. At the time, many battle traps like drowning mirror force were being used and sometimes a photon deck could spare a normal summon, so they put this in as a tech option for a short while.
Something no one pointed about about red vinegar vamoose is that it also locks one of your own monster zones, since it is in your backrow, it will lock out your monster zone in front of it as well as your opponents. That makes it even worse lol. But it has potential I might be able to cook with this in my ground collapse zany zebra Ninjitsu shadow sealing boompoline deck
Edit: Update for those wondering: The card working great in my testing, it just has one more HUGE massive drawback I somehow missed that's kinda trash: This card has a line at the end which states: You can only control 1" Sour Scheduling Red Vinegar Crossing" God that really fucking hurts so much. Ground Collapse and zany zebra get much better the more copies of it you have, red vinegar crossing would have been exactly the same if not for this one damn restriction. Drawing into more than one really sucks balls not gonna lie, but you want 3 in deck to draw more often. Konami really thought of everything huhn, just to cap my gimmick decks potential

Honestly, photon cerberus seems kinda powerful. The way the effect is worded, it does not start a chain but rather immediately apply the effect, so you can't respond to the normal summon with a trap. Side deck only card, of course, but seems like a good lab counter... if they don't activate their welcomes in draw phase you basically get a turnskip

Even in my synchro deck the only lvl 7 I run is shooting riser, a card specifically designed to go away from being lvl 7

Stygian Dirge back when Spright first came out. Also, I may be blind, but I'm not seeing Level Limit Area B, Five-Rainbow Magician, or Soul Drain in the video either.
Five rainbow is too good on this list bc it's fully counter if oppnent doesn't have set card or doesn't have backrow removal unless they play backrow heavy deck Same with soul drain and mind drain as well
All the floodgates you mentioned are great except for Stygian, which is ok. Five Rainbow has multiple tops being played in Runick and as a side deck option.
Aurora Paragon can be special summoned by Mannequin Cat for a budget Krystia. Especially good considering most decks normal summon before they special summon.
Nightmare Steelcage would be a strong floodgate if used in Arc-V Action Duels. Since the cage surrounds the opponent. It would prevent not just attacks but also restrict the opponent's movement. It's locked on a turn timer to allow the other player to grab action cards freely.

I hate cards that specifically counter summon types. Like, i rlly like some of the mekk knights but when their big effect is "counter synchro monster" i just get sad! (Luckily the astros are different from what I can tell). And especially anti-pendulum stuff, I play a shit ton of odd-eyes and D/D is propably my most played archetype on master duel, but there are so many cool cards with effects that go like "target a card in the opponents pendulum zone and then all this cool shit happens" and I never play against pendulum players and when I do they destroy all their pendulum shit before I can interact with it so it doesn't matter!😭 Also stuff like "detatch material" rlly blows, neo galaxy eyes would be such a cool card if it didn't exclusively work against xyz! Same for chaos atlandis, it has such a dope effect but unless you yoink an xyz monster it's just a glorified relinquished! And that doesn't even cover the regular atlandis effect where you either need to have sacrificed a machu mech beforehand or just not use it!

Send and discard are different effects. Activation of hand traps to the graveyard can be performed even with Goblin of Greeds on the field.

I used to use level limit area B with 3 stealth birds and lava golems. Yeah i was that guy
i feel like floodgates should work like bagooska for 2 turns hands trap should also apply any you don't use that turn need to be discarded and you get to draw to replace.
So the way elfuria works is You reveal a lv 2 monster and they can only xyz summon with lv 2 monsters. I ran it in my gusto deck back in the day.
Tyrant's Temper + Skill Drain = Destiny HERO Plasma ,it ok combo (i think)
