Kiba is not a glitch -_- it's play style omg Minato isn't a glitch its his teleportation technique Sasuke isn't a glitch either its play style Masked Man is not glitchy either thats one of his techniques and play style his technique that lets things go through him. Almost all of this list except #5 are not glitches just a guy that doesnt know how to counter it.
But it becomes annoying when it not counter able how are u supposed to counter sasukes awakening u can't its a big pillow for people who suck and rely on awakening but I have to agree some are counter able but puppet users are annoying because their puppets can attack u but u can't attack their puppets for damage and I hate people who deliberately use them knowing that they have a huge advantage and I lost to one dude and he said he was better but when I said first to ten wins and switch characters every time with no awakening I won 10-3 and of course one was with a puppet, one with madara with his stupid 10 meter melee and the other he used the raikage and barely one I need one shuriken to kill him.

Ok, Basically Sasori needs to be ontop of an item (eg eplosive tag, paper bomb, blow up kunais) the puppet should be ontop of one of them. When the puppet gets hit down you hold R2 and turn your left analog rapidly in cirlces and tap Square rapidly.
What about Kiba's dog? It attacks on it its own. Minato is glitched but I didnt show his glitch. Its when he is in awakening and he uses his R1/L1 Flying Raijin. Sasuke EMS is always glitched as his amaterasu is always blocking everything.
If you look at the date of this, it was March 22. Just around 2 weeks when storm 3 came out. I hadn't used most of the characters yet but I got high demand. Nobody acknowledges the date of this video that it was early and I had picked out some glitches or thing that were unfair in my opinion. The sasori glitch has been around I know, but there's rarely any videos on it. I made a video telling people how to do it. Also thanks :)

people seem to be unable to comprehend how obito (the "masked man" version) works and clearly never paid attention to the anime/manga. he uses his space time jutsu in tandem with the chains to entrap opponents by going intangible and rematerializing after they pass through his body to catch them in the chains.therefor it makes 100% PERFECT sense why it overrides most ultimates and ninjutsu and lands.they go RIGHT THROUGH HIS BODY and get caught in the CHAINS TRAILING BEHIND HIM.

It takes a bit of timing but lighting straight raikage makes just about anyone's jutsu go sideways if you ult when they activate it. It works against tailed beast bombs well because they have to charge it so you know when to do it. For some reason they will turn to the side and use their jutsu if you ult. also if you use it and they guard he will buzz around them and bounce around.
i've realized sakura is pretty op. her awakened state can punch straight through your gaurd and tracks you when you sub. to top it off she has an item that gets rid of the awakened fatigue so you can awaken simultaneously. it's ridiculous.
so i agree with ismary. except a glitch that i know most people dont know is that when you use great ninja war tobi when you try to do his up combo and when the opponent is knocked in to the air. if they do an air ukemei before tobi hits you that last time. he will miss the hit but it the game will still go through with the animation that he did the full combo
I know this was a Top 5 glitched character list but i'm gonna add one more, Rock Lee(chunin). He is so glitchy when it comes to his awakening jutsu, Hidden Lotus. After the move succeeds and exits awakening, the opponent can'tmove for 5 seconds.
theres a way to stops minatos awakening. when you sub use your chakra dash it will cancel (think i spelled it wrong) his chakra dash ok. it will do that for kiba to.

But it makes it confusing for literally everybody because you are just describing OP or overpowered. Glitching is a malfunction in the game. Overpowered is someone or something that has ability that are way way above average which makes it very easy to win with that character.

i know how to beat the Minato glitch. Whenever he teleports just jump and throw a chakra shuriken. It'll stun him and most people will keep trying to teleport behind you but they cant catch you if you keep doing that.

Friend once I was playing Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 online and my opponent was playing with Madara uchiha, there during the fight I do not know how he did it, I simply went up on him using the dash chakra, and he performed a strange thing that was I'm not sucking, he managed to steal 2 or more jutsus of my character's replacements. Sasuke is one of the few chars who is not broken whatsoever. His jutsu isn't glitched its suppose to do that. If it confirms a hit it explodes but if you just dodge it or guard its not that big of a deal.
Guy is probably more overpowered than Minato, Raikage and Guy can both teleport behind you when chakra dashing, and the fact the Guy can teleport behind you during his ultimate jutsu any range. Much more is to where we underestimated Guy in these games

You have to block to dodge it then you have a chance to dash. His kick is fast but it isn't glitched.

Part 1 naruto is glitched too. If you use tailed beast bomb UJ on his awakened form he will turn into a white kind of boxy character like his scheme in the cinematics are incomplete if u evr hav time try this out it will shock you

idk about 4 but in 3 Bee without shark sword is unstoppable his second jitsu is amazing against oponents who are running on attack (like rasengan chidori...) his awakening is not blockable and insane to get away from
I might not be undodgeble but i've never seen anyone get out of the combo. ones the first strike hits you just sub in range of the rest of his attacks and he last overhead hit can hit you while your still on the ground

Minato's teleport isn't a glitch, once again it's how he's made but if you want to talk about Minato and glitches then what about his invincibility period after he does Flying Raijin? And what about Rock Lee's Hidden Lotus? Unless you're already guarding before he does it there's no way out of it.

No it would not normally break the puppet. Puppets are made for battle, they know how to make them defend attacks...which is how puppet masters are able to be so strong in the naruto world.
Nagato is good, I use the blast only if the guy in front give me the opportunity, when he's comboing when I'm at the other side of the map, when you face a big lagger ( red connection bar) use masked man then start with your ultimate in general these people are Asian or bresilian
Hardly anybody does the sasori glitch. And he has good recovery to make up for the puppet. They put that in there because people used to abuse puppeteers by just knocking out the puppet then running up on them constantly. There was nothing you could do but use help characters to get them off you. If you played with them you would know this and be thankful they added this. (sasori is my favorite) And E.M.S sasuke was not in generations, That was M.S sasuke.
EMS Sasuke ,isn't glitched ,I know he's awakening is hard to do but the game follows the Naruto Shippuden series ,that whenever some Uchiha uses Susano'o ,their eyes will get hurt and will get blinded ,so that is why we can only use EMS Sasuke's Awakening 4 times.
The most annoying character to me would have to be either mifune or deidara... Deidara has crazy long range attacks that you can spam the shit out of and mifune has his sword slice across nearly the fucking stage lol

Minato's glitch is his instant awakening R1 and L1 but I couldn't show it as a glitch so I replaced it. People already know how he's glitched though.
Start a training match then press start and practice settings. Go to COM (press right) then change the com to player 2

Minato is just like rock lee when awakened (In UNS 2, I don´t know in 3) he can chakra dash right behind you, I use it to never miss my hits ;)

Well that would normally break the puppet so making it falling down is much better than having it break and become useless.

Kiba character isn't a glitched one, but it is the fasted way to kill someone... and man they spam their justus a lot online, trust me I fought them.

You do understand these aren't glitches right, just broken characters. But the sasori reflex is actually a balancing mechanism

EMS Sasuke ,isn't glitched ,I know he's awakening is hard to do but the game follows the Naruto Shippuden series ,that whenever some Uchiha uses Susano'o ,their eyes will get hurt and will get blinded ,so that is why we can only use EMS Sasuke's Awakening 4 times.
Wrong, that's an extra hit combo not a combo cancel. Also he relayed it. madara is impossible to combo cancel with (NMC)

The most annoying character to me would have to be either mifune or deidara... Deidara has crazy long range attacks that you can spam the shit out of and mifune has his sword slice across nearly the fucking stage lol
