my theory for 1:50 is that his crown barrel was sticking through the guy and shooting out the other side. Since there's no mechanic in Hunt to keep your gun barrel from no-clipping through walls and entities in the map, stuff like that can happen...
My theory is I was thinking about buying this game because it was on sale, and that clip alone changed my mind.

It's new with the new update. The perk Magpie gives u 10sec Dark Sight now, when u are Solo
there is a perk that gives health when picking up clues and bounty
Heaps of these streamers aren't even legit, can't wait till the AI anti cheat comes out where you can upload clips, gonna be so many twitchers without a job.
