Full disclosure before my take on JS: I tried watching Bubba's world once, and I thought it was god awful, meandering, nonsensical. almost a zen approach. I couldn't finish the ep. listening to him analyze the Pro National MX series is a completely different feel. I can palpably see what he's saying. in the first two rounds, he was like Tony Romo calling plays before they happened. In the Thunder Valley cast, I could literally see the handshake on the factory bike vs. the privateer, and you could see the sections where the factory motor just out-pulled the privateers. Now I can't get enough of him. yeah, I still bailed on the latest full ep of Bubba's World. but man. lot of respect for the live analysis.
Yeah when he passed AP In that rough corner you could see the difference in the stiffness, but then AP was able to pull back past him front wheel and almost get position back on the next straight. Definitely had more power but the track had so many bumps everyone was having to back it down some
Doin a Good Job there..more mature.Good insight.. I didn't care for Bubbas World.. bitd. His current POD show is ok.. The RickyC show was especially good...
I love it, the dude qualifies and earns the right to be out there the same as everyone else does, except out of a van, not a Millon-Dollar hauler. Love to see him keeping those big money boys honest!

Casual fans are barely even watching the highlights videos, tailor it to your hardcore viewers and the broader reach they're hoping to grab will happen organically. The way it is right now it's like the commentators are always explaining it to people who have never seen it before like dude, those people aren't listening with the volume up watching live anyway, what are you doing..

I like motocross more but completely understand why he doesn’t have a factory ride, there just ain’t enough eyes on the sport for the part he’s good at, they’d rather have a guy that may not be as good at motocross but can top 5/top 10 a supercross for them, where waaayyyy more people are watching. I know I can’t sit around every Saturday mid day to watch motocross for 5 hours, I have kids that are more important than that.

Steve was right Cody Shock did this 2 years ago I believe on a Honda and was on the and just missed the podium more than making. If he woulda made the podium those time sit would he a different story because he’d be top 3 and ripping hole shots just to get passed there’s 3 laps left.

HE NEEDS TO KEEP HIS DAD FROM DESTROYING HIS FUTURE!!! I have seen like 20 fathers that were like this over my 14 yrs of high end racing. 1977-1985 Texas and 1998-2002 Hawaii.
One name that comes to mind - Alessi. Tony alessi single handed my ruined his kids’ careers by being overly cocky and hard-headed. Kids need to realize when to split and parents need to realize when to let them do their own thing. That’s why Villopoto’s parents and him have such a rocky relationship. All the talent, but Ty’s parents need to let go and let him be apart of the industry.

If he wants sponsors, he needs to put non identifying plastics on his bike and lose all non paying logos on his clothes and bike. People wont buy a cow when the milk is free!
