To wax a bit of poetry… Ppl tend to think success always breeds success. You win once and you will win all the time. Michigan (this group) showed a reality in life. The road to success is paved with a lot of setback and failure. Success can often breed complacency. They needed to learn the lessons from 2020-2023. Proud of this team. Hail 〽️
We couldn't have cheated against #10 Penn st at Happy Valley then a Maryland team that nobody wanted to play then #2 Ohio st then #16 Iowa then #4 Bama then #2 Washington. Our Closing 6 games 3 without our Head Coach were #10,#2,Maryland,#16,#4,#2. We went 6-0.
Michigan didn't cheat, sign stealing is not illegal. Michigan is accused of breaking a rule by the NCAA pertaining to in-person scouting. But the rule was put in place as a financial matter not an performance advantage. So I believe no wins will be vacated, but there will be fines, scholarships taken and possible game suspension.
As being a fan from the southeast, am I a fan of Michigan? No. Do I respect how team has performed last couple years? Absolutely. They have a 3-peat win over OSU rivals and beat Bama. I’ll be the first one to admit this: if you can beat OSU, Bama, or Ga during a season, you have something. And they beat 2 of the 3 only because they didn’t play Ga. Do I think they can beat Ga? I don’t know. Would I have loved to see that match up? Heck yes! I’m not even a Ga fan.
Nah, the big ten deserves no credit in this one. It's UMs and UMs alone. The conference and the haters don't get to have it both way's, they don't get to shred the dance floor after having tried burning the club to the ground.
My first time hearing your show! I was blown away by your Michigan commentary. Your explanation, reasoning and overall insight was spot on! Great job man! My name is Mark Ellis I’m officially a FAN! Thank you Sir
I tried telling these pac 12 and washington fans all week that michigan had a better chance of winning this game but they were delusional. I had a guy tell me utah would have the same or better defense than michigan if they played in the big ten conference. I couldn't believe it. 😅 loved Josh's take on the sign stealing scandal too. No sign can make you out physical a bama team. It's great to be a michigan wolverine.
I had many Washington fans tell me that I would disappear after they destroyed Michigan, I told them that I would be there and not one came back. I don't think that they liked my comment that Washington was just another fly in the windshield.
Yup - if Michigan had suddenly collapsed mid season after the firing of Stallions, then we wouldn't be having this discussion anyway. Michigan kept winning. Because they were good. The stupid sign stealing BS was unnecessary the entire time. Still gotta play good football to win. Congrats, Michigan fans. Savor it.
Congratulation Michigan on winning a national championship this year, but those recruiting ranking almost made me spit up my drink. I am a Texas A&M football fan, who has been able to recruit significantly better than Michigan in recruiting, but was unable to develop the necessary culture or brotherhood that Michigan has had under Jim Harbough. The main reason Jimbo Fisher got fired was obviously not winning games enough, but more importantly he was unable to build the culture and brotherhood that tends to makes a team fight for each other against a common opponent. I hope Mike Elko will be able to recruit both through high school and the portal, which is another conversation, while also being able to build culture or brotherhood of us against the world in college football.
NCAA president said on record Michigan won fair and square. Highly doubt they strip anything after a statement like that. Not saying no punishment but don’t see them vacating wins
33 yrs old. And the osu, bama and title game this year were the best 3 games ive ever seen, 4th and 5th best games i ever watched were 2021. And 2022 osu games. Been watching since 8, and those 5 games top the first 21 years worth of games i watched. Go blue!!
If the reports of cheating happened after the season, take away their championship. However, they beat 4 teams in the top 10, two of them without their head coach. It's absolutely insane. LEGIT Champs. Congrats Michigan Nation. Go Tigers!
Jeff Lebby caught advanced scouting and served a half game suspension Connor stallions caught advanced scouting and was terminated Baylor faced NO OTHER sanctions and the half game suspension was the only thing that happened Harbaugh served a 3 game suspension even though the ncaa said “no evidence Harbaugh knew of stallions actions” The precedent has been set with Lebby and Baylor
Ummm, Lebby went to one game he attended and to my knowledge he didn't record anything. On the other hand Michigan was guilty of breaking this rule many times over the span of three seasons And recorded the game to study later. There is no comparison here between the two and no precedent set as what Michigan did was at unprecedented levels of rules violations.
NCAA has it in for Harbaugh because of his outspokenness on paying players and allowing them to unionize. The vendetta is political and motivated by money, certainly nothing to do with the integrity of the game itself
Even if they were sign stealing they didn’t do it for the OSU game, Alabama game, & Natty because they were being investigated which were the only games they had competition
It's funny how naysayers and haters want to go against my Maize and Blue. 80% of college football teams steals signs and we really didn't. If that's the case, what about TDAS who where Grey and red giving our signs to Purdue? What about Tressell stealing our signs throughout? What about Maurice Clarett? Leave my Maize and Blue alone. It's great to be a Michigan Wolverines.
I'm upset with the whole ESPN crew right after the win they immediately went into his the title is tainted by the cheating and how Jim harbough will be gone next year so Michigan won't be as good so it's really irritating me as a Michigan fan I've canceled my ESPN package and stopped reading anytime associated with ESPN they have been negative about Michigan all year and I'm done with them forever!
Everybody knows the NCAA has it in for Jim Harbaugh. Unfortunately, because of this, I predict he will leave and go to the Los Angeles Chargers. It’s a shame.
The first half of Jim's run it seemed they were taking 4-5 stars and turning them into 2-3 star players. As in no development at all. This second half of his tenure UM has been great at developing 3-4 stars into 5 star players. Yes, yes I am sure it was Stallions who got the guys to get bigger and the schemes to get better... hahah what a joke. Who has it better than us!?
Beat Alabama, Ohio state, penn state, and Washington all straight up so please just shut up, michigan was clearly the best team in college football period!!!!
The guys on michigans defense watched film and it showed. Those backers and secondary knew what was coming. They were pointing out odunze and polk and dropping a safety deep. Then with that good Dline play Washington was stunned. The power upfront combined with the skill players knowing their roles and getting lined up was just too much. Washignton looked like Michigan did the 1st year they made they playoff (were happy to be here).
@@Osei_Bean_8ryant If washington thought their signs were stolen (let's presume they did) they would have changed them prior to the game... and they still lost comfortably. yikes.

The viewership stat is deceiving, as is most stats- you have to step back and look at it & most people don’t. College football is still very regional, especially popular in regions that don’t have any pro sports, not just football because options are king. The sport has to grow in big markets, aka the northeast corridor, The DC/Baltimore market, California, etc… if the sport is only dominated by the SEC, it has reached its zenith especially with advertising, as they prefer an wider reach not just one culture. Michigan is a more powerful brand than any SEC team not named Texas or A&M. Their alumni base and endowment are a huge indicator. The vast majority of those views were because of them. Ohio state Vs Michigan in the natty would break the record. Unfortunately, outside of the south(Texas & Florida not included), you won’t find Alabama/Georgia/LSU casuals and the casual fan is the what the sport needs to grow. And a big reason for that is the south’s history & lower population, unfortunately. Regions and cities follow their local college teams, in general, if that. It’s not cool to wear an Alabama or Georgia tees in LA or NY, like it or not- that’s an indicator. For the sport to get to NFL heights, it has to have teams/fans in the big cities and it has to have NFL parity.
People be so mad about this. He gonna ride off into the sunset. Michigan will rebuild and lose some scholorships. But who cares you national champions. NCAA doesnt take away championships. The funny thing is if they did it wouldnt make a difference. Which pisses people off worse. You just cant phase Michigan. They shut everyone up

That's all they kept saying man. For real.
@ryanpatrick4920I love that this is the only thing you can say. There were missed calls everywhere. 21 point win because of no calls? 😂😂😂
To wax a bit of poetry…
Ppl tend to think success always breeds success.
I'm happy anytime the BIG 10 wins. Glad to be back where we belong!🎉🎉🎉
Nah, the big ten deserves no credit in this one. It's UMs and UMs alone. The conference and the haters don't get to have it both way's, they don't get to shred the dance floor after having tried burning the club to the ground.
@@GaSw-dh8mjvery well said brother! Gooooo Bluuuuuueeeeee Baby!
Michigan won it all fair and square. The hater’s will always hate, especially the Suckeye’s and Pharty. Go Blue
Josh Pate saying "He'll rmemeber Michigan beating Bama STRAIGHT UP" mad respect.
The NCAA President said Michigan won the National Championship fair and square.
Ok good. Now me crying in my living room isn’t so bad. Michigan vs everybody. GO BLUE!!!!😤✊🏼
Go blue!!
Michigan has the top 3 most watched games this season they make you plenty of money
This is a man in love with his word choices, that all add up to very little decent analysis. Good job with the thesaurus, duuuudes!! lol
If the reports of cheating happened after the season, take away their championship. However, they beat 4 teams in the top 10, two of them without their head coach. It's absolutely insane. LEGIT Champs. Congrats Michigan Nation. Go Tigers!
Jeff Lebby caught advanced scouting and served a half game suspension
Connor stallions caught advanced scouting and was terminated
Baylor faced NO OTHER sanctions and the half game suspension was the only thing that happened
Harbaugh served a 3 game suspension even though the ncaa said “no evidence Harbaugh knew of stallions actions”
The precedent has been set with Lebby and Baylor
Ummm, Lebby went to one game he attended and to my knowledge he didn't record anything.
On the other hand Michigan was guilty of breaking this rule many times over the span of three seasons And recorded the game to study later. There is no comparison here between the two and no precedent set as what Michigan did was at unprecedented levels of rules violations.
NCAA has it in for Harbaugh because of his outspokenness on paying players and allowing them to unionize. The vendetta is political and motivated by money, certainly nothing to do with the integrity of the game itself
When Harbaugh came to michigan i knew we was destined to win this game!!
Even if they were sign stealing they didn’t do it for the OSU game, Alabama game, & Natty because they were being investigated which were the only games they had competition
Your stats are wrong
3 most watched this year
1 Natty 27m
2. Bama/UM 25m
3. UM/Ohio State 18.7m
Highest Natty in 4 years
Congrats, Michigan! Hopefully my Sooners can do that one of these days...
Suffered for many years as a loyal fan. Hope you get your wish someday..
Born in 98 and this feeling is amazing. After years of mediocrity we finally are national champs again! GO BLUE!!
Michigan is the best team...hands down 💯
Michigan reminded Josh that he was wrong too.
Josh, I'd like you to read about Biff Poggi. He is the guy that turned the program around
I don't mean that in s bad way if you know who he is, just think it should be mentioned
NCAA can’t take away all the money I won betting on Michigan the last 3 years!
I remember that what If video you did on if Michigan could win a natty and now we’re actually here. Unbelievable
Everybody knows the NCAA has it in for Jim Harbaugh. Unfortunately, because of this, I predict he will leave and go to the Los Angeles Chargers. It’s a shame.
Im 30. Been a fan since i was 8. Ive only seen michigan win 4 bowls in my life & 2 were this year
The first half of Jim's run it seemed they were taking 4-5 stars and turning them into 2-3 star players. As in no development at all. This second half of his tenure UM has been great at developing 3-4 stars into 5 star players. Yes, yes I am sure it was Stallions who got the guys to get bigger and the schemes to get better... hahah what a joke. Who has it better than us!?
NOBODY!
Haters can hate. GO BLUE!!!!!!!
Watched signs too
@@Osei_Bean_8ryantcry
Cope @@Osei_Bean_8ryant
@@Osei_Bean_8ryant If washington thought their signs were stolen (let's presume they did) they would have changed them prior to the game... and they still lost comfortably.
yikes.
@@Osei_Bean_8ryant…you 🤡, they can study the all22 film and watch live tv game tape to figure out tendencies. You obviously know very little about football
FOR THE TEAM BY THE TEAM
BET! GO BLUE 🏉
Its still a hat on a hat game u still need to block and tackle. If u can do that better than ur opponent, u are going to win a lot of games.
The three biggest rushing games in the national championship (since 98) have been against 3 different pac 12 teams 😂
WHO YO DADDY WASHINGTON
PUPPYDOGS ? Congrats Michigan
for a job well done , show them how
our big boys play !!!
Magical Year for a Michigan Fan.
How can you say it's you against everybody when you are the one who voted against Michigan in the national championship?
People be so mad about this. He gonna ride off into the sunset. Michigan will rebuild and lose some scholorships. But who cares you national champions. NCAA doesnt take away championships. The funny thing is if they did it wouldnt make a difference. Which pisses people off worse. You just cant phase Michigan. They shut everyone up
Right there’s so many people in comment section that don’t realize the ncaa can’t do a single thing about the playoffs or the championship
100%. NCAA will never take this Championship away. Ever.
@@di114n2 Someone told them that and they just ride with it. Or don't comprehend the severity of the infraction. Even if the NCAA did take them away. They wouldn't for this. But that's irrelevant anyway because they won't lol
USC was stripped of a national championship.
@@di114n2that's not true. The NCAA can't strip them of that win against Washington but they can strip them of the title.
'me and Michigan vs everybody'?!?!? Sorry, picking them once after repeated picking against them when the heat was on high, you are still one of the everyone
Agreed 👍🏾
Just saying this… Pate said Michigan loses 4 games at the beginning of the season
Did me a favor… covered and was under 55 😂
Pate picked Washington idk wtf he's talking about😂
This whole NCAA can't take away your memory thing. I don't think you understand what the fans really want. And that is respect. If they get their win vacated, it will hurt them deeply because they will not have the nation's respect. The way we respect Alabama, LSU, OSU and other winners. You are always great but this is a very weird take
Congrats Michigan, Josh, question what was NRG Stadium called before name change??
Jim Harbaugh met his wife at PF Changs, so I think PF Changs is the place to go to solve a lot of problems
This season proved to me Pate don't know fuck all about football.
"No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better." -- Samuel Beckett
U finally picked Michigan and won:)
Why should Jimbo stick around after being jerked around by the NCAA and Michigan. I see him moving back to the NFL very soon.
NCAA cannot vacate CFB playoff games. no affiliation. its Ms for all time. kick tires all you want as we drive over you. thanks for trying out
They can and have stripped titles and championships. Don't get too comfortable with that hardware.
you are wrong. the ncaa has no jurisdiction over the CFP. keep dreaming. fucking google it@@ScottCleve33
Truly Awesome OH YA “ GO BLUE〽️
Not going to lie. That Floyd of Rosedale is a beautiful rivalry trophy. Go Blue 〽️

He literally described me at the beginning of the video 😂
"IF" they would have put Georgia in, I "think" UGA wins. Next year should be interesting with the new playoff system. Congrats M.
