@@UMAI181 yeah. The Hanahaki Disease is basically caused by unrequited love/one sided love in a relationship. And since in the future Mike still loves Ennard while Ennard is falling out of love, Mike gets the disease. That's all I'm gonna say, no more future spoilers.
