Lol the one on top of the pink banner/gate is tough but I stood up at the edge of that building with glass triangular roofing and jumped from there.
The flying duck was ptobably a glitch. They now put a billboard on it. Lol

Btw.. to get rubber ducky number 12 is much easier than you showed. You can just jump across to the roof of the building of the fake mcdonalds. And you will be at a much better position to jump on the pink structure. I got it that way on my first try :)

For duck number 12, dont go on the bridge, you can go on a black platform next to the pink arc and from there just double jump its way easier

I found all the ducks but it still says "tap to complete:return to the original..." i tap that and it takes me to roof and when I talk to that guy it's still there

I think once you accepted this quest, you can use Dash or Fly. You can only use jump. Climbing up the building to start this quest, you can still use Dash but after you started the quest, you cant.
