Elastic width :- 1 inch ( make elastic casing according to elastic width)
Croach lent :-8 inch
Croach curve :-. 2 inch

Waist/4 +2 inches( if you want more loose then you can take it 2 to 2.5)
And take extara 2 to 2.5 inches for croach curve.
