I'm very confused as to why people are underestimating Arsenal, they almost won it all last year and have only gone and improved their squad by breaking the British Transfer record and improving their strength in depth.
They've gone so far in the prem last season bcs they was going out early in other competition.I know they're making some very good signings,but if they plan in this summer is "buy one sell one" just like they did with xhaka>havertz & partey>rice i really dont see them have that depth to go far in four different competitions

Arsenal had one good season after not qualifying for Europe twice.
I can understand if people think it was a fluke. Can Arsenal replicate their performances this season? Who knows.
For me Arsenal does make top four but it's mainly due to the other big clubs (Chelsea and Spurs) being in a rebuild and restructuring.
Newcastle is like Arsenal with them not being a top 4 consistent club which is why I rate Arsenal over them.

Chelsea should be good too but they'll need more players from what they've got right now actually. No Ziyech, Felix, Pulisic, Mount, Kovacic, Havertz, Lukaku, Aubameyang... With Mukiele, Mudryk, Sterling kinda not so good in terms of scoring goals I just don't get it who can score the goals at this team. In terms of midfield it's kind of empty too to be honest! Defense is good but again... Could be turning up to a very bad one.
Tottenham if they end up loosing Kane then they'll definitely be finishing out of top 4.
Newcastle is the closest to fight for top 3. They'll fight with Arsenal & M. Utd. I feel like Arsenal is probably the most consolidated team out of these 3. 4th spot will be way much more of a fight between them. But somehow as we stand I still believe that M. Utd just just just just has got some more quality to get 1-2 points more than Newcastle!
