Not agree.
In Korean entertainment industry, relation at enggage level must be announced by the actors agencies.
Even if only started dating or relation going well and getting serious the agencies will make a statement.
I think that's their standard for famous people, not only for entertainment industry. They have a strict things on famous people behaviour.
If you're not Korean, don't think their rules are same with other countries.
From BTS videos I believe both did"nt in any relation with someone elses when they started the shootings. Even I think they already close when the shooting started. Before shooting they've been through pre shooting processes.
