Recently I was driving with my sister and nephew and my sister and I were having a conversation about racism and at one point my nephew asked what that was. We tried to explain it to him as best we could but weren't sure if he understood Later when were back at my sister's house and he asked if he could watch Zootopia, when the scene about Nick's background as a kid came on, I told him this is what racism is, they're judging Nick for what he is rather than who he is. I think he understood it a little better this way
“If the world is only ever going to see a fox as shifty and untrustworthy, what’s the point in trying to be anything else?” That’s the great message about racism that’s shown in this movie. If you constantly treat someone for being what they are instead of who they are, you run the risk of transforming them into that very thing.
If they do a Zootopia 2 then they should go with the original idea and have Nick be an undercover cop trying to help other predators in fighting for their right to be free of tame collars.
I hope that stupid bullies got harshly but well deserved grounded offscreen! No way that action would go unnoticed by Nick’s mom! They’re the real dumb ones! Not Nick!
I hope Nick got all the comforting he needed after such a traumatic experience. Poor little guy held it together for three whole seconds after his escape. I lived this moment several times myself in junior school, but it was the teachers who were more like drill sergeants that caused the most trauma in my life and made me a nervous wreck.

Nick wilde is being refused to be accepted by the junior ranger scouts, (who are all prey animals.) For being a predator. He's the only predator present to prey animal students.
I’d wanna have Nick Wilde as a dad figure and a friend as well he’s not only revealed around Zootopia but he’s a friendly Fox And I’d love him like a dad and a friend he would love me a lot on how friendly he is
Okay that's his racism between carnivores and herbivores 😢 I just can't believe they did that cuz Nick is a kid and the kids just did that in Nick wow That's just so cruel.
They’re stupid bullies, this might also show that even prey can be bullies to predators too, just like in the other animal movie the Bad Guys, bad people or animals are not judged by their looks, they’re judged by the reckless actions they purposely make.
@@skyfaller3d417 actually in zootopia foxes are considered untrustworthy cunning and tricksters Plus Nick was the only predator there so basically yeah they did bully him because of his species.
Man nick went through a lot when he was a child back then.
Bros ben 10
Yes, bullied by racist bullies

So cute 😢😭😭😭😭❤️❤️🐰🦊
People weren't lying when they say this movie shows us a perfect example of racism between races
Honestly I think being racist makes people stupid
So true ❤😢

Does the Zootopia world not have a equivalent Martin Luther King in history?

It's been 6 years since ZOOTOPIA first released in theaters... Revisit some awesome moments with our clip compilation!
Zootopia is a good movie :)
Thanks dude ❤️ and we need a second movie even through it doesn't need one
@@Imperviousdragon We're already getting one, now.
Thank you for this :) really needed a video of Zootopia in 2022. And I love Nick. He’s gone through so much, and he is THE BEST CHARACTER.
imagine if there were also some predator kids who also bully Nick for being a fox

Ouch. Pretty painful, and this was the nicer zootopia lol. The original was even darker. Damn.
If they do a Zootopia 2 then they should go with the original idea and have Nick be an undercover cop trying to help other predators in fighting for their right to be free of tame collars.
Didn’t nick almost die from his shock collar in the original idea
@@mariafox9226THEY WILL DO A SECOND ONE!!!
Some kids can be so heartless.
They’re stupid kids
Yeah; not all are Friends. Nick Wilde learned to be more vigilant and respectful in Zootopia's city. 💝👍💖😍😘
With scenes some viewers may find distressing and upsetting
No wonder this film was rated PG

I love this movie 😀
This part is so sad I can’t watch it anymore I just can’t

Most likely they didn’t.

The Fox helps to remember that in this world you don't make friends easily. 🙏💞☝️💝 God knows the 💖us.
I hope the camera has recorded the incident and the troop leader tells their parents about this.
It's called discrimination or racist in this movie and it's very messed up and him being a cop will change a lot of animals point of views
But here’s the thing: nick is ready to face society as a cop. But is society ready to face him as a cop.
@@finnwhelan8442 maybe but I think it will be kinda hard since they still have trust issues so maybe not
Zootopia 2 might take the shrek 2 route where nick starts to think he dosent deserve to be a cop because of what he is. Similar to how shrek feels.
Yeah Judy saw Nick and immediately followed him because the whole “foxes are bad” thing
That’s so sad
This part is sad Poor Nick Those Kids were so mean

Even Spike from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and the Equestria Girls
I Think Young Nick Have A Reference From Robin Hood
Creepypasta Version
Jeff and Smile as Nick
Jane as Judy
Younger Jeff and Puppy Smile as Younger Nick
Randy Keith and Troy as Nick's bullies
Zootopia kinda shows how the real world is when it comes to racism
Ya it sucks people go through alot
I feel. You nick.
Nick wilde is being refused to be accepted by the junior ranger scouts, (who are all prey animals.) For being a predator. He's the only predator present to prey animal students.
Nick learned two things that day no one gets to make a decision like that for Nick and Jake Sully makes his own
sad
in movies I a lot of sad story's this is one of the saddest story
they can't do that to him i mean he's not hurting anyone and their bullying him.
It’s an allegory for racism. Predators represent racial minorities and prey represent the majority.
I’d wanna have Nick Wilde as a dad figure and a friend as well he’s not only revealed around Zootopia but he’s a friendly Fox And I’d love him like a dad and a friend he would love me a lot on how friendly he is
I hope those kids, return in the sequel and nick arrests them.
I would love that Payback for how they treated him
I agree. They way they traumatized Nick like that was beyond unforgivable
The first one is a very disturbing scene.
Sad😓
And now he’s upset and sad and he’s crying
I'm truly wondering, what would have happened if Nick accepted the muzzle?
He would turn it into something to fight back his tormentors and he would became nine wilde
I wonder if we’ll learn more of Nick’s childhood in Zootopia 2
Okay that's his racism between carnivores and herbivores 😢 I just can't believe they did that cuz Nick is a kid and the kids just did that in Nick wow That's just so cruel.

Cool
Nick's views are no different than Neji's former perspective on fate.
